The location is excellent - a short walk to Civic in Canberra, the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in recently and the included breakfast continental buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a great view over the park across the street.

Can't fault anything about this place - second time we've stayed there and will be returning.

Bed and pillow was very comfortable. The room was a good a size. The location was very convenient for my purpose of stay. The reception staff was very considerate of my Deafness.

The kettle in my room (311) needs to be replaced, it boiled dry a few times before I realised it does not work. (I can’t hear it nor does it have a light on it) The shower had no fan so the room steamed up and was suffocating so I left the bathroom door open. The TV channel nine and ABC was audio only (I’m Deaf) and service was not that smooth so I relied on the very clear wifi. The continental breakfast choices and plant milk options could be improved too. I was judged harshly by the staff in the kitchen on the Saturday morning who did not realise I was Deaf and did not hear her question. She was quick to assume that I was trespassing.

Rooms were nicer than I had anticipated, the common areas are more dated but the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The location is super close to the Braddon main strip & a short walk from the city centre and attractions. The complementary continental breakfast was also a bonus - nothing flashy but good for toast & cereal (also had mini muffins, canned fruit, some fresh fruit (apples, oranges, pears) and a variety of yogurt

The water in my toilet was constantly running so was a bit noisy overnight and no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove steam after a shower.

location excellent very comfortable bed tho needed more than 3 pillows for a king size bed for two great shower plenty of hot water friendly and helpful staff

parking. very limited and the tiniest spaces compounded by guests who can't park a car inside their lines....parking was stressful breakfast..we went once, both coffee machines broken, very busy and hectic..we didn't bother returning

We stayed in three rooms with two beds in each room. My sister and i slept well and beds are comfortable. My father and sister said beds are too soft. Carpet in corridor is old but rooms are clean. Provided with basic cooking tools but we didn't cook. Staff was helpful. We arrived a bit early to drop our bags in the rooms. Location was good too.

Breakfast, there are a few types of fruits, yogurt, cereal, cakes. The shower head maybe a bit old. There was still water droplet after we turned it off.

The location was perfect as it was close to the restaurants and other activities in Braddon. The purpose of our visit to Canberra was to attend the dawn service at the war memorial on ANZAC day and the apartment was within walking distance to the shuttle bus.The room was very nice with a small kitchenette.The bed was very comfortable and there is lots of cupboard and drawer space for longer stays.The complimentary Kitkat in the fridge was a nice touch. The breakfast was continental and good enough to get your day started.Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the premises was excellent : within a short walking distance to the CBD, and a wide range of restaurants nearby. The carpark secure and undercover, accommodating our 4WD easily. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus. Room was comfortable with a balcony for the studio apartment. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The property was opened in 1985, and unfortunately the public areas, balconies and breakfast room have not been well maintained eg. Peeling paint on balcony and hall walls, mismatched chairs in Atrium. This is a real shame, as the property deserves better care. The exhaust in the bathroom required cleaning. The king sized bed was very soft, giving the impression of a water bed.

We went to use the shower and found that the soap dispenser did not work. I advised reception of the above and was told it would be fixed. The next morning when I went to shower the dispenser still did not work. Obviously, nothing had been done to correct the problem. I advised reception again on check out and hopefully the next person will have soap. Also the ladies toilet in the breakfast room needed to be attended to, especially if you have just had breakfast. The facilities had been marked as being last attended to on 17th and was used by my wife on 23rd.

Reception/Admin ladies were wonderful. Easy transition/transaction when asked to extend my stay. Parking out front of the Reception area. We were lucky there was a vacancy. Close to gas stations, if you need to refill a hired vehicle. Close to city.

TV was old. Not a smart tv, stuck with local stations, was so bored. Resulted to mobile device - not even a cast function. Was looking forward to eat and stream on a big screen, not my mobile lols. It's 2025, suggest tv upgrades, your customers will love you for it.

Madison excellent location in Canberra City with good facilities in walking distance. Undercover parking bonus as is basic breakfast in room price. Rooms are good size with kitchenette facilities and most with balconies facing Haig Park. It is not a boutique accommodation but is more than adequate and beds are comfortable and bathrooms appear newish.

What this accommodation provides for cost is more than ok and essentially no criticism. Generally speaking place does need a bit of an overhaul but again no criticism as I've not experienced any deficiencies in the rooms. All um good working order and very clean.
