Room was large with plenty of space for luggage etc and comfy beds. Shower was also a decent size with good water flow. Breakfast option looked good but a bit too expensive.

Cleaners forgot to clean drinking glasses and mugs on one of the days of our stay. When we questioned staff about this we were not provided with clean glasses & mugs and were forced to clean with bathroom soap as no washing up detergent or utilities available in room. It was a minor inconvenience but this shouldn't happen in a hotel with daily cleaning.

We were relocated to a better room inmirning after arriving late at night and finding the room not suitable. There wasnt anything that could be done due tothe lateness at night but in morning the matter was resolved. The new room was better furnished and facilities were better. The location if this hotel is fabulous for elizabeth quay area.

The first room we were offered was not the standard we expected. The sink in bathroom was badly marked. Initially, as it was late at night the staff on duty was unable to help. When we went to reception in morning an alternative was offered which was great, and so the matter was resolved. Staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Room was large clean and modern. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a bonus bath. The desk and chair was a very useful extra. Free WIfi Was good.

TV was not a smart TV. I had a streaming device. so I managed to get around this. Location was OK. It is 10 minute flat walk from the center of the city. You are in the free bus zone but I chose to walk it every day(I know this was self inflicted). One night the laundry truck turned up a 4:00 am under my window. Made a bit of a racket. I am sure this could have be scheduled for a better time.

Very friendly Reception staff who are able to answer questions about how to get to places of interest in Perth. The Reception staff were able to quickly deal with a maintenance issue and moved us to a comparable room immediately. The buffet breakfast is very good, with a selection of hot and cold foods.The rooms are comfortable, though a little worn, but clean and stocked with tea and coffee supplies. There is a refrigerator in every room. Executive rooms have a microwave. Otherwise there is a microwave in the lobby for guest use. There is also a coin-operated laundry available for guest use at a very reasonable cost. Parking is at the rear of the property and offered at a reasonable rate. As with most of Perth City there is only limited availability of street parking. The hotel is a short stroll to the Swan River and Langley Park. Easy access to public transport and the Red CAT bus (free) runs along Hay Street, just one block up. A 15 minute stroll into the centre of Perth. Lots of convenience stores close by to purchase drinks and snacks before heading out for the day. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and a great pub within very short walking distance.

It's a shame that there is no longer a restaurant at the hotel for an evening meal but their sister hotel immediately opposite (The Comfort Inn) does have a dining option.

Easy to get to, staff was there to check me in after 9pm when I arrived, clearly explained everything I needed to know, room was clean, ample powerpoints for my electronic devices, shower was nice, lovely breakfast in the morning.

Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. I asked staff at check in to give me a wake up call the next morning but I never received one. There were a number of items for sale to guests at the front desk but I really needed a painkiller like paracetamol and they did not have any (and the convenience store a block away was closed when I arrived at the hotel, and still closed in the morning when I checked out, so could not get any painkiller for the long trip home by bus.

The room was comfortable and clean but brighter lighting would have been helpful - also we had to go a while one day without any electricity, which was a bit frustrating, but once I told he staff about this, they suspected a blown fuse (would have been helpful to know that this happens there sometimes, so I didn't lose time trying to figure out if we had done something -eg not positioned the key in the slot properly?) and then they got it fixed quickly. Being able to park a car behind the hotel was helpful. Usually the staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. Location is good for walking & public transport.

Depended who was on the reception desk - while usually the staff were friendly, occasionally there was someone who didn't mind making us wait a long time to be served (up to 25 minutes) & wasn't friendly or apologetic for it - maybe have two people on the desk if it's affordable, in case someone holds up everyone else? Main thing we didn't like was the cooked breakfast - it was dried out & hard to chew and not worth the money.

Location Awesome. Breakfast great for price but I would have liked some healthier options such as some salad and the room was great, large spacious and had a desk for business use and the hot water was very hot and quick to arrive. Room was clean. Will stay again :) Oh' also the big car park at the rear is a great bonus and very competitive price. Thanks to all the staff for their assistance and smiles and help even at 2AM when we checked in from our late night flight.

All OK just needed some salad at brekky.

Location is fantastic, close to Hays Street mall. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast worth the price. Aircon was nice and cold.

Smoking close to front door, lifts smell of smoke. Rooms and interior dated and tired, some lights in room were blown. Hot water on 8th floor was inconsistent with cold and hot coming through. Curtains were torn and dirty, windows very dirty. Desk covered in dirt and whole room needed a good clean. Laundry has only 2 washing machines and one dryer for all guests. Pay for parking.
