Requested balcony room with view over river was supplied, view was fantastic. Large club suite with seating area, galley style kitchen area, large bathroom with whirlpool bath, double sink/vanity, large monsoon shower cubicle. Extra large bed and large TV and dressing facilities in the bedroom. Club suite gave access to club lounge which is great for warm and cold snacks and soft and alcoholic drinks -inclusive of the room package- but be aware of the dress code for men -covered toe shoes and long trousers no vests. Has an amazing view as well. As a resident Access to the upper floors (the dome and other bars/restaurants) is easy and the eye-watering cost of drinks, at time of writing £35 for a cocktail makes them probably just a quick pop up there, take a snap and leave. Breakfast is served by the pool and is extensive and everything is on offer; egg station, fruit, meats, pastries, sushi, yoghurt, Asian dishes etc etc.

Drinks prices are excessive in the bars and room service -December 2023 - 2 small beers delivered to room were £14 each. Pool was surprisingly cold and the 'hot tub' area was no different in temperature. No mini-bar in room which in a suite wasn't acceptable.

• The fact that when the deposit it charged, which is not a small amount, they don't explain to you that it takes 2 weeks to get back to you once you leave the hotel. • How expensive are the drinks at the rooftop bar and a very bad selection of drinks available for that price. • The fact that the room will be disinfected through the day without permission or acknowledgement. You'll find out once you come back to the room, by a ticket at the door, that someone has been there. That was weird. Usually, the housekeeping only comes in the morning. And if anyone is to go into people's room through the day without permission, that should be explained to detail on check-in..

The view from the balcony was amazing! And the breakfast was very good!

The TV and wifi signals were not very stable

Location great being about 10m walk to the ferry and skytrain. Was a good base. Loved the big room and views. Pool area good. Breakfast fantastic. Staff excellent.

Room a little dated. Fridge and aircon very noisy.

The room had the most amazing view. Breakfast was incredible with lots of variety.

We wanted to visit the rooftop bar for a drink, but we were almost forced by the staff to have a drink on a lower floor. So by the time we got to the top floor, we didn't feel like having another one. As guests at the hotel, i wish our wishes had been heard.

The location was great and the suites were large and comfortable

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and excellent facilities, comfortable beds and great view. Really enjoyed breakfast, choice and location very good.

Disappointed with lunch. Ordered calamari which was cold and rubbery when served, after a wait of over 25 minutes. Only 2 other tables in the restaurant! Asked server to just take back and take off bill and they reserved us the same calamari REHEATED! Could not believe a hotel of this standard would think this was okay. Also looked upwards when waiting for food and was amazed to see how dirty the AC vents were.

Very well organized hotel. I arrived the afternoon when there was the earthquake and in Bangkok it was very chaotic all around. I appreciated they gave a free dinner buffet at Mozu restaurant to the guests checking in that day because they had to evacuate all staff and guests, and some room weren't yet ready in the late afternoon. By the way, the choices and quality of food at the buffet were really great to suit every taste. Amazing and stunning restaurants and bars in the high floors of this hotel. View at night from Sky Bar at The Dome is unbelievable, it surely worth a visit. Breakfast in the morning scrumptous, plenty of choice, a lot of pastry and bakery items, cooked hot food, Indian, international and Thai corners .....Dumplings .... Sushi .... Maybe a lot more things but I couldn't try everything .... Impeccable cleaning in the rooms. Very smart, polite and professional staff everywhere in and around the lobby, at the reception, in the various restaurants and bars. WiFi perfect always, all the time. The only little thing that I didn't understand: the first morning after my arrival, at 9.00 am or so, a lady rang twice to my door asking if I had any laundry to give (and this was a bit weird, to be honest, both for the time and because I had just arrived the previous evening): it didn't cause me any problem, though. This is a luxury, iconic hotel that worth a visit for sure, even just to go in one of the restaurants and bars on the top floors.

We both found the beds uncomfortable[Mattress too hard} Need pillow tops mattress A table & 2 chairs would have been nice on the Balcony to sit & enjoy view Drink prices way over the top expensive As a paying house guest, -Over 3000THB for 2 drinks at sky bar ridiculous

The service was fabulous. They were very kind and upgraded us. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices. The view from the 65th floor was amazing. It is better to take the drink offer in your booking as they are approximately $50-$55 Aud each. It was worth it but. The housekeeping went above and beyond. I was very impressed. I would stay there again.

If I had to have a winge then I would say that they could bring the cocktail price to $25 Aud and then they would be very busy at the tower. We paid $50 Aud for guacamole and nacho, if food was reasonable they would be packed up there. We had a big laugh that we have never paid more than $20 for a huge serving of nachos , Anyway, it was spectacular there and they have made it exclusive so unless you want to spend $500 plus, don’t bother going there.
