This is a real five-star hotel! Everything was at the highest level - service, friendly and caring staff, special thanks to Milk for her hospitality. There were delicious breakfasts with a large selection of dishes (but it didn't change much), a cozy room with a large bed and a spacious bathroom. We chose a room with a mountain view and felt complete privacy and we liked the view. I would like to separately note how well thought out everything is in the room - an air purifier, your own iron, there is a beach bag, even flip-flops. If we go to Phuket again - we will choose Avista

The hotel was fantastic, couldn’t fault it one bit. A little bit of luxury with great service. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious for a family of 4 and the staff were incredible. The pool is epic, pool bar fun and reasonably priced. Food at breakfast was exceptional and the half board package was great value for money. Every item on the menu was A class. Thai to international we didn’t have a bad meal! A perfect family holiday in a great hotel!

No lifeguard on duty at the hotel which can be scary for parents with small children. I think it’s worth the investment to give more families peace of mind. The gym could do with improvement. Wasn’t enticing to workout in full view of the pool so maybe some blinds for privacy would help.

The hotel is clean, and the pool is nice. But overall, I don’t think it’s worth the money

We had two problems with the staff. First, we asked to check in early. They said they would call us when the room was ready, but no one called, and we only got the room later when we came back to the hotel. The second problem was worse. In the afternoon, there was loud drilling and maintenance above our room. It was very noisy and hard to rest. We told the front desk, and they said they would check and get back to us—but no one did. It felt like the staff just said things to get rid of us and didn’t really help. I won’t come back because of the bad service.

Everything! We loved the food, it was tasty and very good. Nice people and great service. We enjoyed staying here and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The pool is clean and the rooms as well, we celebrated a birthday and there was a cake waiting for us and they even upgraded us to a bigger and better room for no additional charge. We will 100% come back to this hotel! :)

Nothing, amazing hotel

From the moment I confirmed the booking here I received a message from their managment asking me about my preferences including (view, check in time, extra assistance, amenities required..etc). The communication in advance ensured all my wishes were taken into consideration early. Once I arrived they've surprised my family with an upgraded room with sea view and early check in free of charge. The room was breath taking & The space was spotless. Room service were quick to answer any request within minutes. I booked a room with breakfast included. We absolutely loved the buffet. It has options that'll suite all taste- food restrictions (halal, vegan, vegetarian, indian, thai, western..etc). The hotel location is central. You can cross the street to Karon beach and walk to near by shops for everything you need. The pool was cozy and clean and the life guards were quick to ensure saftey when a storm was coming. The pool was open until 8pm which meant you can literally stay in it all day. Upon checking out they offered us a small gift which was the cherry on top of this amazing stay. Highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

We had a fantastic stay at Avista Grande Resort! The staff was always extremely kind and they even upgraded our room for free, to better celebrate our honeymoon. The facilities and pool are wonderful and the Resort is conveniently located close to Karon beach (5 mins walk). Totally suggested!

The restaurant tends to overcook meat, but the location is beautiful.

The hotel is excellent and very special.. next to the sea and the required services such as restaurants, market, and all the required shops. The reception staff were at the top of sophistication and kindness, and their service was amazing , as they provided us a motorbike for rent and helped us with all our needs. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They always welcome and provide assistance if we ask for it, and the rooms are beautiful, the view of the pool and the sea is stunning, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful ... I cannot describe this hotel, and I will book it in my future trips

Spacious rooms, good breakfast in a restaurant atmosphere, balcony that is pleasant to sit on wonderful attitude of the employees.

The concept of the prices in the menus whether it's in a restaurant or a bar that don't include service and vat, it's very confusing. The floor in the room was constantly damp even in the morning after a whole night with the room completely closed

It was a beautiful experience. Our 1st time in Phuket. And Avista together with its staff made it extra special. It was a 5oth birthday celebration to remember.

The rooms are spacious and very neat. Hotel facilities are wonderful, restaurant options are nice. Good huge swimming pool, could get busy so make sure you reserve yourself a good sun bed early morning. Breakfast buffet was reallllly good, just make sure you go there wearing something you don’t mind getting the smell of food stuck on. The staff are beyond nice they will make all your needs come true. I loved the stay.. overall was a really good experience.

Not a beach front resort - you’ll have to cross the road to get there, and pay money for renting sun beds as well. Location: would’ve been great if this place was somewhere in the center beach of Karon instead the edge.. you’ll have to walk at least 10 mins to the nearest supermarket, restaurant, etc.. 5 stars prices: either at the restaurant or spa .. they know they have good service and you’ll have to pay for it. having said all this, I still truly enjoyed my stay here !
