Arrived early for check in but very happy to sort me out a room very efficiency. Romeo on front desk was very friendly and polite and a credit to your staff very helpful young man. Nice clean room with comfy bed and a good breakfast 🍳 in the morning 😁

Check in went well and the helpful reception staff in booking us a taxi back to the airport the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. We were also on the ground floor close to reception and did not have to walk miles to get to the hotel entrance.

The bar drinks were very pricey and they did not serve snacks such as crisps or nuts or similar, which was a shame as we arrived late and did not want a full meal.

The location is great - close to Heathrow Airport, and within easy reach by either bus or taxi. Staff was friendly and the check-in process, including room selection, is made easier by online check-in which the hotel provides in advance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is an excellent spa on the ground floor, which I really liked and would recommend wholeheartedly. I also liked the bar (and kudos to the hotel for giving a complimentary drink along woth the room reservation) and the hotel restaurant, which somewhat peculiarly specialises in steaks and lobsters (yes, it's called "Steak and Lobster", but at first I was under the impression this was just a fancy name, not that it actually only serves steaks and lobsters). :D Definitely good value for money.

Although the room was clean and comfy, it didn't really have any extra amenities besides the TV, a telephone, and an ironing board with a smoothing iron (which I actually used for once). So no minibar, no bathrobes in the closet (which would've been useful when going to the spa), no water kettle or coffe or tea or anything. While it's not a big issue, when pursuing a 4-star experience, one might expect that there be an extra something in the room.

Clean comfortable beds with great heating on a winters day.

Beautiful modern hotel. Downside as a customer you cannot call the hotel to speak to them directly at Radisson blu. I was informed by the receptionist. Friendly word pls improve this other hotels provides this basic facility to call them directly if Aby queries. When I rang Radisson blu customer service I had several long waits and dropped calls too not good.. Poor shuttle bus service For terminal 2 and 3 it did not arrive for 4 30am I incurred more expenses had to take a taxi to the airport £20 for an 8-minute journey or potentially could of missed my flight. Overall lovely stay at Radisson blu would stay again.

The staff were very pleasant and polite. The room was really nice and spacious with everything you needed for an overnight stay. We arrived about 8pm and went to find something to eat in the restaurant and bars. The price of the drinks should have told me that this place was not cheap. I did however ask for the food menu and was further staggered to find the price of food was astronomical. We did have something off the menu because we had eaten very little all day. I did not realise until i had paid the bill for the drinks that they add on a "Discretionary Service Charge" of 12.5%. It was not something I had come across before. I had not even been informed of the charge nor asked if i wanted it included. When it came to paying for my food i made a point of saying no discretionary service charge to be added. When checking in they ask for a £50 holding charge, for any items you may put on your room. It has now been 6 days since i stayed at the hotel and the £50 charge is still pending on my credit card. That is unacceptable. It should be removed as soon as I have checked out.

I had a very comfortable bed in a lovely room to the side of the hotel so there was little noise. The room was clean and it was serviced on the second day. Breakfast was good with a wide range to choose from. The choice for the evening meal was not as good and the service on the lst night was poor. I had ordered my meal and had started to eat but then joined another table with people I knew but who arrived after me. My bill was added to their bill and I was asked to pay £10 more but I refused. It took a lot of time for it to be sorted and that was the part I least enjoyed over the weekend. The second night was better.

The hotel is shabby in places. For example, the carpet on the 3rd corridor where my room was, required a deep clean. We used a meeting room with 200+ people without any air con and it was quite uncomfortable on a hot day. The space for drinks got very congested and it was hard to queue when there was little space to do so.

I arrived very late and frazzled after a particularly difficult journey. The staff were so helpful! They secured me a room with less of a walk (I am mobility impaired), and a passing member of staff helped me get my luggage into my room (he was on a different errand entirely). The next morning, when I was leaving for my early flight, I saw the same personnel that had helped me the night before. They were still friendly and caring, and insisted on helping me get my luggage out for the hopper bus, and even on to it! The room was perfect for my needs, with the perfect temperature, good noise insulation, fully dark blackout curtains, and a good arrangement. It was compact but met my needs perfectly. The provided toiletries were high quality, and the shower was excellent.

People need to know that the Heathrow Hotel Hopper (at least for T2 and 3) takes about 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport. It picks up at the start of its route at this hotel, so you get a good seat, but you have other hotels to visit before it gets to the airport. Just know that for planning ahead so that you don't get stressed out.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The photos don't even do it justice. There is also an outside seating area. It has such a whimsical feel. The room was so sunny with a large window. The bathroom was beautiful, the bed super comfy. I also got upgraded. Would stay every time!

Not to do with the hotel: I would not recommend the Hotel Hoppa (shuttle) bus. Not a disaster, but next time I would just take a taxi. I was waiting for it 25 mins in the multistory car park at Heathrow, it was very crowded, but a short journey to the hotel. However the journey back to the airport is 32 minutes, whereas a car ride is just 7. It was also late (stressful).

The Radisson Blu makes an immediate impression. The marbled lobby is sleek and inviting, with a well-laid-out check-in area to the left and a welcoming restaurant to the right. Plenty of seating makes it ideal for travellers waiting to move on. Though the glamour holds at first glance, signs of wear appear, notably a threadbare carpet on level four. Still, thanks to clear directions from Shane at reception, I found my room easily. Check-in was a smooth and surprisingly upbeat experience. Shane managed to bring both humour and professionalism to the process, setting a positive tone from the outset. The room itself looked promising: spacious, clean, and filled with light. All the expected amenities were there. Unfortunately, the bed was far firmer than expected – a let-down given the comfort I’d experienced on a previous visit. Even more frustrating, the television kept turning off on its own, and the remote rarely responded. The bathroom, however, was excellent, with a powerful, hot shower and a clean, practical design. Breakfast, included in the room rate, offered a wide buffet selection and was already bustling by 06:10. But the experience was hit-and-miss. The bacon was rigid, the scrambled eggs watery, and the staff hard to flag down. After several attempts to get coffee, I gave up waving and sought out someone to get coffee. Checkout was quick and painless, and I was soon heading to the airport. Overall, the Radisson Blu offers a blend of style and efficiency, complemented by helpful staff and high-quality amenities. But it’s let down by small but significant flaws in comfort and service. I’ll be back on 14th July and hope the second visit smooths out the bumps. The potential for a great stay is undoubtedly there.

The bacon was rigid, the scrambled egg resembled soup, and the coffee service left much to be desired. Despite repeated attempts to catch a server’s eye, I had to embark on a mission to secure a cup of coffee, not ideal first thing in the morning.
