The room is small but clean, and it's conveniently located near my office, with many restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is too simple.

great location - near restaurants but also on a quiet street

just from an American point of view, the rooms are very small! But they are standard in Japan

This was the perfect home base for our Tokyo adventures! It’s perfectly located very close to multiple subway lines, making getting around Tokyo a breeze: no matter where we wanted to go that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. After spending the whole day exhausting myself around Tokyo, I couldn’t wait to get back and rest in the peace and quiet of the hotel.

The room is on the smaller side, but this is to be expected in Tokyo. All in all, the hotel was perfect as a no frills business style hotel in a perfect location of Tokyo!

The hotel has a great location, being close to subway lines – the Ginza Line and Chiyoda Line – making it easy to get to any place in Tokyo. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. On the 4th and 8th floors, they have washing and drying machines, microwaves, an ice machine, and a drinks vending machine. The room was clean, and they change the towels every day if you leave them in the bathtub. The trash is also removed daily. General cleaning is done every three days. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided bathrobes, slippers, and all the toiletries (not all-in-one, but shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap). You can request an iron at reception. They also offer a luggage forwarding service, which is extremely convenient if you have a large suitcase.

The room is a bit small, as is the bed. However, it's difficult to find something more spacious in Japan, so it's not a problem if you don’t plan to spend all day in the room. Our window had frosted glass, though we noticed that some rooms have regular windows.

The bag coffee they give you is amazing they lent me an adaptor plug and check out was 11am. It was clean I think they had a buffet breakfast but I never tried it.

You have to wait until 3pm to check in or pay an extra fee. Only one girl spoke English at the desk but the staff did all try to be helpful using an electronic interpreting device once. Beds are abit hard was fine if you were really tired and exhausted but the 2nd or 3rd nighy I noticed it was not very comfortable.

Good location, close to the train station & a couple of convenient stores. There's an amazing Ramen restaurant close by. Towels & garbage bin are changed daily whilst the bedding is changed every third day. They also offer the luggage service which helped tremendously. Would definitely recommend this place.

The room is a little small but manageable for 2 adults with 2 large luggage. This only happened for a couple of nights but I could hear the neighbouring room talking quite clearly in the middle of the night. Afterwards, I couldn't hear them, not sure if they checked out & no one checked in afterwards but didn't bother us too much as we were exhausted every night to stay awake.

The location is pretty good. 2-minute walk from the station, close to a few convenient stores and coffee shops, and close to the TBS tv building. The hotel offers a few amenities on the first floor you can take whatever you need (bath towels, tooth brushes, tea, coffee). The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. The manager was very sociable and I learned about a few places near the hotel from him. They clean the room every 3rd day. So if you check in on Monday, they clean on Thursday, then Sunday, etc. They replace towels and take out the trash bag daily though.

Maybe the beds are a bit too hard. They would’ve been perfect if they were a bit softer.

Really great location with convenient access to number of subway lines, rooms are comfortable, ideal for one person, would be a bit cramped with two. The bathroom was one of the smallest I've seen in Tokyo, but manageable. You gain extra room floorspace I think, as I could actually open my suitcase on the floor (as people will know, that's not always possible in Tokyo!). If stay here again

The hotel is surely a value for money. Its in a great place, prefer it more than Shinjuku or Shibuya, the train station of Chiyoda line is 3 minutes away on foot and the Ginza line is 10 minutes away on foot. Gives you a lot of options for great places to spend time during the night and also every tourist place in Tokyo is near you so you can spend less money for a great hotel that gives you comfort on roaming the Kanto region easily! The hotel gives you everything to cover your needs. Fantastic place with great rooms! Wont be dissapointed!!!
