The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is amazing! Very conveniently attached to a train station and if you didn’t have time to commute there was always a taxi available out front. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of eateries. Bonus is that the airport limousine service is right next door! Overall my sister and I enjoyed our time in Tokyo and coming back to our lovely hotel room after a hectic day sightseeing or shopping. This was our second stay at Royal Park and we’ll certainly return. Thank you

Loved everything!

Clean, convenient to and from the airport, comfortable bed, good room size, staffs are very helpful.

A bit dated but that doesn’t diminish its charm.

Great location with train station below hotel and Tokyo City Air terminal next door. Used them to get to and from airport. To our surprise, the hotel bell captain even pushed our 16 luggages on his cart to the terminal. Then he showed us how to contact the hotel if we needed help with our luggages when we first arrive. Awesome! Enjoyed the free L’occitane toiletries provided by hotel. Terrific!! Nearby conbinis made the family very happy. Very good breakfast buffet. Very classy looking lobby.

Not enough bedside electrical outlets. Only one nightstand had electrical outlets. I should have requested an extension cord so that I would have an outlet for my phone and WiFi kit. I had to use the desk outlets. King bed too big. A queen bed would suffice and would leave extra free space maybe for a chair or a bigger table.

Great location, close to everything, Akihabara in walking distance, GonPachi-Roppongi is just 10 minutes away w/ taxi, very good breakfast, very friendly staff, reliable services - luggage carrying, taxi reservations, etc., ... overall great experience.

For a 5-star hotel, rooms and carpet all over the facilities need serious updates and/or face-lift. Japan is the cleanest country in the world - period!!! ...so let's bring this fantastic Hotel up to the best Japanese highest standards.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Metro station just below the hotel so relatively easy to get around Tokyo. There is also a bus terminal in the next building which has airport buses direct to/from both Haneda/Narita which made the first and last days in Japan very easy to navigate. Good breakfast options.

Spent a lot of time in Shinjuku and Shibuya during my trip so always needed to factor in the time to get the metro ~30min so one thing to keep in mind.

Everything was as expected.

What I did not like was that check in was 3:00 PM. We arrived at the location at 1:30 PM and we were told that for 3,000 Yens we could get to the room immediately, but because I refused to pay for it, we had to sit in the Lobby until 2:20 PM before we were allowed in the room, which by the way, had been fully paid in advance. That was cheesy! I doubt I will stay here again, if I ever return to Tokyo.

+Executive floor utilities and room are beautiful + Excellent views +Great bathroom with Japanese soak tub. + Best hotel staff I have ever encountered. + Great restaurants and bar in the hotel. Incredible mixologists in the Old Scots Bar. +Great area +Beautiful, classy hotel. I hope they never change the decor!

-The L'Occitane Spa is closed currently. This was one of our main reasons for booking the hotel and we were very much looking forward to it, but the closure was sadly not communicated to us before our arrival. Everything else about our stay was perfect. - The Piano Bar is stunning but sadly the pianist who used to play on it every 30 minutes has not resumed since Covid so it sits unplayed, which was disappointing as it would've added such an incredible atmosphere to their beautiful foyer.

We like the location, it is very near to Ningyochuo. The price is a little pricy.

The toilet bowl washing system is not working well.
