The view is spectacular and location is excellent. Staffs are polite and efficient.

Everything are good except you cannot just turn on the bathroom light without turning on all the lights. If you need go to the bathroom at night you need to switch the main light on which illuminates the whole room.

The location was amazing. Across the road from shinagawa station. Access to bullet trains and metro . The hotel is huge and had all facilities.

The room was very dated. TV was old. They should have smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access . The bathroom was very dated. It didn't feel comfortable. They need to update all rooms and make modern. Then this place would be 10/10.

Opposite a major metron station, with a number of metro lines. Hotel has a lot of facilities. including a handy well stocked convenience store (7/11). The hotel is huge with several towers. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out was easy. One a line that goes direct to Narita Airport (though a lot of stops). Hotel room was small, but understandable as space is at a premium in Tokyo. It had everything we needed, and a nice urban view from the 15th floor.

The buffet breakfast on the ground floor of the main tower was over-priced for what it was. Around Australian $109 for two people, and the food was not great, We went on the first morning., No way were we going to go again! The Table 9 bar on Level 38 of the main tower was massively over-priced, and they got the simple order wrong. Australian $70 for a Heineken and two very small cokes. Great view, but the drinks were a total rip off. No way were we going to go there again!

Firstly, I loved this hotel because of the view, on the right I could see Tokyo Tower and on the left Fuji mountain. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport and from Shibuya, or Shinjuku. The station is just across the street. Seven eleven was at the entrance, there are some restaurants in the hotel too.

It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. They are trying to do their best, but their English is not great and sometimes G.... translate is not translating properly. We missed the communication, we were not told anything about the hotel. We discovered something new at the hotel every day :).

The location was absolutely perfect.

I requested a tower view and received it, but it was a bit disappointing as the view mainly consisted of construction sites.

Location is just across from Shinagawa Station, very convenient to access from Haneda airport. What I want to compliment is the staff at front desk. We had a medical emergency on the day we were to check out of hotel, the front desk personnel, Yi (I hope I have his name correct) was very helpful. It turned out he speaks Mandarin better than English. He was with us to help us translate to the ambulance personnel and subsequently help to give me a late checkout due to the emergency situation. There was another front desk personnel, an elderly man who helped to search hotel for me to stay on in Tokyo due to our medical emergency. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name. He was very patient and helped me to search for hotel near to hospital and one that I find was not too expensive. I am grateful to both gentlemen who helped me during that time.

Aircon, it was difficult to adjust the temperature as it seems to change by itself.

The view from our room was nice. The check in process was easy. We checked in a bit later in the evening. I think it was around 8:30 PM. We were able to find a place to eat around the hotel even though it was later. The hotel location was near the Shinagawa train station which was very convenient. It took only a few minutes to walk there from the hotel. I needed to use the WiFi for something important at the hotel and I was able to use it for my computer without any problems. During my stay I cut my foot in the hotel room and the staff brought up some band aids for me. The staff was helpful. I needed some antibacterial ointment and I was able to buy some at the store they had downstairs on the first floor. There is also a convenience store downstairs on the premise that is 24 hours. The room was a nice size and probably a little bit bigger than a regular hotel room in Japan. My daughter and I stayed for 10 days and we enjoyed our stay the entire time. The hotel room had a bathtub which was nice too. The hotel was very safe and secure. A key is needed to go up in the elevator to where the hotel rooms are located.

I can't think of anything. Everything was good. We really enjoyed our stay.

- Price: Very reasonable compared to prices of hotels in Tokyo nowadays - Location: Very close to Shinagawa station with a short walk meaning very close to Haneda airport (nice for late arrival flight and early departure flight). Also pretty close to famous shopping/tourist spots by train - Room: We book a twin room with sofa bed for 3 people. The room is in a good size with space left to open our luggages. Eventhough we stay on 12th floor, we couldn't hear any noise from the train station. It was very quiet at night - Amenities and staff: Very friendly service and have everything basic to offer

Not the hotel with a lot of stores nearby.

The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is a massive complex located right in the bustling area of Shinagawa Station. We stayed in a triple room on the 19th floor of the main building, and the view of the Tokyo Tower from our two-wall windows was truly impressive. While the room was small, it was clean and quiet. Its location is extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo, as well as nearby areas like Yokohama and Kamakura."

On the downside, the rooms—especially the bathrooms—are small and feel a bit dated. Since the hotel is so large, the service can feel a little impersonal, though it's still quite efficient. If you're prepared for these minor drawbacks, you'll find the stay very enjoyable, especially given the good value for the price.

Everything was really beautiful clean breakfast was good, but unfortunately we weren’t told when we arrived because we checked in at 8:45 at night very late and nobody told us where the breakfast was and we weren’t aware that the buffet was downstairs and we kept going to the 8 o’clock breakfast so we could’ve gone to the breakfast at 6 o’clock so we wasted two hours waiting because we were not aware we only found out on the very last day of our stay which was the last day of our stay in the morning and then we had to catch a very quick train and the lineup was really long and so it was rush rush rush so I think that there needs to be a little bit sad about that one as we missed out. I think Japan service and cleanliness is superior to most places we’ve stayed and all I can say is it’s a great hotel because it’s so close to the station. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially because of that reason and of course the staff are amazing. everybody is beautiful and happy and friendly and it’s very clean. Like I said I really enjoyed my stay at the Prince and I definitely would come back and I would recommend this to travellers that have never travelled to Tokyo before because you really need to stay at the train station as closest as possible even though the train station did our head in as nobody could tell us where anything was and we kept going the wrong way. The signage needs to be a lot better at this station I believe.

I guess I didn’t like the fact that when we checked in late nobody was telling us where the breakfast was and we just looked and we found it on the second floor but that wasn’t the actual buffet. That was just a service that you go to at 8 o’clock and we want to start our day really early because we get up early so we could have had our breakfast at 6 o’clock in the morning And we could’ve been gone so we missed out our time in Tokyo because we were only there for four days we missed out by two hours so that was a bit disappointing and I guess we didn’t have to stay. We could’ve just walked out but breakfast was already paid for and it was a buffet breakfast which we didn’t get.
