The view is spectacular and location is excellent. Staffs are polite and efficient.

Everything are good except you cannot just turn on the bathroom light without turning on all the lights. If you need go to the bathroom at night you need to switch the main light on which illuminates the whole room.

The location was amazing. Across the road from shinagawa station. Access to bullet trains and metro . The hotel is huge and had all facilities.

The room was very dated. TV was old. They should have smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access . The bathroom was very dated. It didn't feel comfortable. They need to update all rooms and make modern. Then this place would be 10/10.

Firstly, I loved this hotel because of the view, on the right I could see Tokyo Tower and on the left Fuji mountain. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport and from Shibuya, or Shinjuku. The station is just across the street. Seven eleven was at the entrance, there are some restaurants in the hotel too.

It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. They are trying to do their best, but their English is not great and sometimes G.... translate is not translating properly. We missed the communication, we were not told anything about the hotel. We discovered something new at the hotel every day :).

The location was absolutely perfect.

I requested a tower view and received it, but it was a bit disappointing as the view mainly consisted of construction sites.

Rooms all good size, fantastic view over the city.Great facilities in room and very clean and comfortable. Portable AC machine in room. Staff all friendly. Hotel is massive with shops, bowling alley, aquarium attached. Good left luggage facilities for no extra charge. Buffet breakfast has a good choice but very busy and quality of food could be better. Buffet dinner had good quality food and choice. Great location being across from Shinagawa train station and about 20mins on train to Haneda airport.

You have to pay for swimming pool which was extortionate even for residents about 6000yen. Under 16's can't go after 4pm.Buffet breakfast has a good choice but very busy and quality of food could be better. Western style sausages were like hotdogs and bacon very dry.Its quantity over quality here.

- Price: Very reasonable compared to prices of hotels in Tokyo nowadays - Location: Very close to Shinagawa station with a short walk meaning very close to Haneda airport (nice for late arrival flight and early departure flight). Also pretty close to famous shopping/tourist spots by train - Room: We book a twin room with sofa bed for 3 people. The room is in a good size with space left to open our luggages. Eventhough we stay on 12th floor, we couldn't hear any noise from the train station. It was very quiet at night - Amenities and staff: Very friendly service and have everything basic to offer

Not the hotel with a lot of stores nearby.

I will definitely highly recommend this Hotel. The staff Ms Yuma was exceptional. I had a problem with getting the tour company to confirm my stay . I asked a simple question to have them keep me in the same hotel and room. Ms. Yuma spent time getting the right phone number and person to confirm a continued stay with you. It was very frustrating for me to get an answer from the tour company. Ms Yuma put her communication skills in action. She helped get the confirmation needed. We’ve been in business for over 45 years and have had many employed by us. We know a keeper and she is one. I requested to her supervisor that she deserves a pay raise. It’s so important for a business to have superior customer service. Her Supervisor was also very diligent to help. The buffet was also superior with a great team. Thank you so much for having us and providing us with a great stay. We just missed swimming in the pool, it was closed. Regards Gary and Sendy Souza

The location is excellent, I have been living in this hotel since many times, although a bit old, it is very clean. Bigger room compare to others in this location. The staff are friendly, except the fact they do not speak good english, communication is always a problem in Japan, even if in a big hotel.

Very good size of the room.

We had some stress because we booked the more expensive room to get the view as it's publicized on their Booking page. However, when we got there, our room view was very different from the images. So we had to get in touch with Booking to ask for a solution (change room or get some kind of compensation) because we felt misled. They changed us to another room with a much better view the next day. But still, it wasn't the experience we hoped for in a hotel with this many stars and ratings. I think they should have different types of ads for different kinds of views, so the images match what we will see.

Location - 1 block away from Shinagawa Station. The station is halfway between Tokyo and Shinjuku station via Yamanote line so super convenient. The station is small but very functional. It is a stop in the Narita Express so convenient transportation to and from airport. Breakfast- huge selection but it’s not cheap. Menu about same daily.

Breakfast- line is always very long starting from 6:30-8:00. Suggest waking up early and going at 6:00am or go later after 8:30am. Pillows: too soft and small for me Surroundings: not much to see or eat in the immediate area outside hotel area
