Location is excellent. Less than 10 min walk to major Ginza shopping. Muji, Uniqlo, Chanel, LV, and many restaurants are all nearby. Ginza Station is a hub that takes you everywhere and Asakusa line is a straight train to HND.

The hotel does not provide coffee or tea in the room, makes it a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic location, close to Tokyo station. Clean and nicely maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff. Night wear kimono provided and also nice opportunity for Onsen. Great experience overall. Very much recommend.

For the amount they are charging the room, they could include breakfast!

I loved this hotel for its convenient location. Great access for shopping and restaurants. Also very convenient for subway stations and JR station. Facilities were new and clean. I loved the hipster modern minimalist decor. And I loved having a large public bath. I tried to use it as much as I can and it was not crowded during weekdays. There is a small work out room that you can sign up to use by yourself. Laundry system - you put coins in to choose your program. You can wash and dry without moving clothes. There is a vending machine for soft drink and beer.

First of all I have to explain that I stayed there for 15 nights straight. I bought breakfast, but I did not realize that it was the exact same breakfast every single morning (alternating soup, and some variety for bread). I enjoyed it for a week, then I couldn't stand it any more. There is a Japanese inexpensive breakfast right next door at Nakau, and many convenience stores are available for you to pick up your own breakfast. Coffee was too weak for me. Staff are courteous and helpful, but not personal. I was there for so many days, but the staff didn't seem to remember me (except for a few of them). Also this is a self-service hotel. So don't expect too much help with your luggages.

Very modern and sleek hotel with plenty of positives. It is right in Ginza, which is a very high end shopping area of Tokyo and conveniently accessible by walking from Tokyo Station. There are a few good metro stations within easy reach and we were able to get to Disneyland easily from it. To travel further, it is easy to get Ubers in the city which we had a very positive experience with when we left some things in their back seat, the hotel helped us contact them and found out just how safe and trustworthy Japanese people are - they dropped our things at a local police station with a reference number for us to pick up at our convenience. Back on the pros of the hotel - it has a lovely bar, excellent customer service from staff in reception and though we weren't able to try the onsen, having one there was a perk. It is a family friendly hotel and we felt very comfortable and happy during our visit.

Bedroom was a bit smaller than expected but it still suited our needs. They have an option for breakfast which we took during one day, the food was good and an interesting experience (I liked how they used recyclable containers for us to get our food with from the bar) but for the price it seemed a bit steep for what we got and seating can be tricky as it is a small space.

+ Stylish and urban, boutique, reasonably priced compared to similar nearby hotels. + Walking distance to the Ginza shopping area as well as the quieter east Ginza area (our preference) and Tsukiji market. + The Imperial Palace and TeamLab Planets is accessible by one of the nearby train stations. + Breakfast is limited but there is a nice selection and it's of good quality and includes nice touches like freshly sliced parmesan cheese and a honeycomb slab.

- Rooms were a bit squishy but that's usual for Japanese cities. - The breakfast area is very small and needs to be laid out better - it can't cope with the number of guests squeezing by as they get their food and drinks. - All but one staff member was friendly. There was just one woman working at the breakfast bar on 17 Nov, the first morning of our stay, who was rude: When I asked where the drinks were she rolled her eyes as if I was stupid, and stabbed her hand towards the area. - While tea and coffee making facilities were provided, only green tea bags were provided. Would be great to have coffee and tea bags, sugar, milk.

The location was fantastic and service was good. It's hard to pick anything we didn't like as it was a comfortable stay. However improvements can always be made. For instance there was no coffee or tea in the room but this was available downstairs in the lobby. Also the cups we used in the room were never replaced or cleaned. This was annoying for us as we didn't have the necessary tools to wash them properly. Other than that a wonderful stay, I'd recommend to everyone and would stay again for sure.

The hotel was modern & clean. The check-in process was very easy and staff were extremely helpful. The location was very convenient to luxury shopping, restaurants & transportation. The sound proofing was also wonderful. We couldn’t hear the nearby trains and my in-laws in the next room couldn’t hear our excited children getting ready in the mornings. We also loved that the toilet is located separately from the vanity and from the large bathtub and shower, allowing multiple people to get ready simultaneously. The bathtub and shower were located in the same waterproof room, but have separate faucets with a small bench. It was like a private onsen! There is also a public onsen in the building which was a nice surprise.

This hotel is in a great location. We love the Ginza area as a place to eat, shop and relax but we also find it good for public transport (three metro stations very close by and loads of lines). The Ginza line, in particular, has Shibuya at one end and Asakusa on the other end. The hotel rooms are clean and functional. The small lobby and cafe are stylish. We didn't opt in for the breakfast but it looked nice. We took the triple room to have extra space (40 sqm) and it was worth it. Even though there is an extra bed in the room, you can use it to lay out clothing and it feels less cramped than the double rooms (although I'm sure they are fine too). The staff are lovely and help you as much as they can (the hotel is very busy). We didn't use the onsen as it was 37 degrees outside but it looked lovely and it is an extra free amenity.

For the price, we have no complaints!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and exceptionally amiable. Their service is second to none, and the fact that they would go to incredible lengths just to make your stay feel super comfy is just amazing!!! Their omotenashi is just superb, and you can really tell that they are simply sincere! すばらしい😀! the location is just awesome especially if you’re someone like me who frequents Tōkyō and Japan a lot bc staying in Ginza means you’re able to shorten your travelling time to soooo many places!!!! The rooms are slightly small, but they are very generous with the size of their toilets!!! If you love onsens and sentos like me, you would really appreciate this hotel’s public bath 😋😋😋❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

If only the rooms were like a biiit bigger but that’s not a problem ahhaha

Location is downtown Tokyo with easy access to the main Tokyo station and many different subway lines. Great restaurants nearby, Tsukiji fish market is an easy 10-15 minute walk and there are some really cute streets nearby. Room was nicely laid out and the shower was hot and strong (no bath). The cafe at the front of the hotel served breakfast and "all day" type food and was looked after by really lovely, friendly wait and chef staff. The place has great lighting - both in the lobby / cafe area and in the room. There are multiple lighting options to make the room more cosy.

We arrived on a very early flight and I was asking for an early checkin. The only way we could check in at 11am instead of 2pm was to pay even more than the day rate I was paying for on top of my booking price (they were asking for the 4,000 Yen for an early checkin). I have stayed at other hotels where I got charged half the day rate for early checkin - which I was willing to pay. They were not interested in negotiating. In addition, there was a copious amount of dust in the room, to the extent that my daughter and I had extreme hayfever reactions to it. You could see the dust particles floating every time the mood lighting was on.
