The location is great – it's just off the main Shinjuku area, so it's not too busy but still super close to two metro stations, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, which I really appreciated.

The hotel size is typical for Tokyo, a bit small, so don't expect to have much room for luggage. Honestly, barely enough space for two big suitcases at once. But for the price, it's totally worth it.

The staff was most friendly and accommodating. Staff attempted to service with a smile. It was not my first stay at the hotel. A satisfactory experience years ago prompted me to rebook here. I had an extended stay here with two separate reservations. The staff made this flawless.

The laundry was unsatisfactory. I lost money due to the dryer malfunctioning and had resorted to a public laundry which cost me additional money. I was not very pleased with this situation. At times the staff's English fluency posed a problem but we managed to communicate in the end. Rooms need to be cleaned daily. I was disappointed a bathroom maintenance issue remained unfixed despite reporting the problem to your front desk.

The staff was universally professional.rendering superb service. All inquiries promptly answered. Courtesy prevalent. Abundant amenities. Hotel safe to secure valuables. The hotel's location was a clear asset. Near Hanozono Sunday antique market, major sites.

Automatic daily room cleaning without having to schedule. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable.

Great location—so much to do within 15 minutes walking. Bakery next door is delicious. Very convenient to grab fresh towels and toiletry items. Small but well thought out room. Very clean stay overall. I would stay here again!

Very accommodating despite a delayed arrival time. Complementary items such as a razor blade were much appreciated. The bed was very comfy. Location is fantastic - mere minutes away from the Shinjuku Sanchome station and Shinjuku station proper.

I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main bedroom light without removing the room card from the reader - admittedly, I was very exhausted so did not spend much time reading instructions or looking for solutions. alongside this, I realised that the soundproofing wasn’t the best and did not want to disturb others staying at the hotel whilst investigating

Very clean, fresh towels and other amenities were available at all times. I also liked that they schedule the house cleaning when you check in. We enjoyed the TV very much. Price was also great.

Room was very small and suitcase had to be stored under the bed but otherwise it was perfect for our stay in Tokyo. Good value for money, clean, excellent location in Shinjuku in a quieter area, well connected and I loved the free toiletries!

The room was a good size. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location just a few mins walk from Shinjuku station.

Staff were variable. Some people were lovely and helpful but others were rude and unhelpful.

The hotel is decent with a great, attentive staff. The room was quiet and cozy, which is what I was looking for. The location was great and not too far from public transportation or restaurants.

The bathtub was a little difficult for me to get in and out of. I am short and am recovering from ankle surgery, so the high walls were a challenge. However, the support bars were helpful in there, and the hotel overall is accessible for those with impaired mobility.
