Location, mattress and pillow is good

No air condition ( i already check before book they have it.) And windows can't open. So, inside the room still very warm (if window can open it's fine for me) .... i ask hotel for a fan 😅

Convenient location from Skyliner arrrival and to Metro line. Clean room and toiletries provision at convenience. Its my return booking after 1yr last trip.

Laundry machines are not enough. Currently only 2 machines for all hotel occupants.

our room had a beautiful view, big and spacious. we were let into the room much earlier than check in time

the staff was not very friendly or perhaps did not understand what we were saying due to not knowing English.

Very clean hotel, excellent location near the subway lines. Friendly staff and the room got cleaned/made up every day! The people at coffee-kan are also very friendly. Despite the location it was very quiet and you hardly heard anything from the streets outside. Comfortable beds, free thee/coffee to go at the reception.

The lift sometimes takes some time, especially if you’re on the higher floors. The room is small and not much storage space but after a few days you get used to it. It’s not really a complaint, it’s just how hotel rooms in Tokyo are.

- Amiable staff. - Not far from JR Okachimachi Eki, easy to back here from Yamanote/Keihin Tohoku Sen. then just walk around 1 minute and you can get you room. - The Parco in front of the hotel has many delicious restaurants. - I love Akiba, not too far from this. Ameyokocho too. - Sufficient and good amenities, They provide even bath powder. - They also keep your luggages even you've check-out, so you can enjoy your day until the time to go to the airport. Thank you so much for this service, I really appreciated.

Just a little, I think may be they should have a waiting or sitting zone near the front desk, but it's ok.

Excellent location. Ueno is very family friendly. Ameyoko shopping street, Ueno park and Akihabara are within walking distance. Less than 5 min walk to different train lines. There's a bus directly to Asakusa. You can take the Keisei Skyliner to/from Narita Airport and drag your luggage most of the way underground. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The basement of Matsuzakaya has a food hall with great options. After 7pm you can get sashimi boxes for half price. The hotel itself is great. Appreciated the free coffee, laundry facilities, free water bottles everyday. Breakfast is good (but western, not Japanese). The air conditioning in the room works well.

Room is quite small, even for Tokyo standards, but functional. We had a twin room and were only able to fit 2 luggages. We had 3 people and were missing a pillow. Never saw any spares at reception.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to several subway and train lines, in proximity to both Ueno and Akihabara. The hotel is clean, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is a cozy café located on the first floor. Upon our arrival, we encountered difficulty in locating the hotel floor sign as it was obstructed from view due to ongoing cleaning activities. The reception desk is on the second floor.

The laundry service provided by the hotel may not be satisfactory, as they only have two machines and clothes might not be fully dried even if I tried the dry more feature. Only thin garments seem to dry properly, and there is also no noticeable scent of detergent or fabric softener. Nevertheless, there is a coin laundry within a short walk of approximately 5 to 8 minutes.

Excellent location, near several metro/JR lines and easy access from Narita airport via the Keisei Skyliner Express train. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable. We didn’t pre-book breakfast but found the cafe on the ground floor was pretty good and went there several times during our stay.

Room was small, but this is to be expected for Tokyo - we weren’t intending on spending much time in the hotel anyway! Took a while for the air con to work properly, our first night was very hot. We ended up leaving one of the key cards in the room so it would continue to work while we were out - it was fine after this.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms.

We were travelling as a family with big luggage and there was very limited space for opening our suitcases. I guess this is a problem in a lot of Tokyo hotels but still, would be nice with the floor space to open a suitcase.

The hotel was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The staff was polite and efficient, and the location was excellent—just steps away from major public transportation, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. It was a great base for exploring the city.

The room was extremely small—so compact that we had trouble finding space for our luggage, which made it a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay. While we understand that space is limited in Tokyo, especially in central areas, a bit more room or smart storage solutions would have made a big difference.
