I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Wali for his exceptional assistance and hospitality – it truly made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Nothing, everything was very good.

The hotel's location is excellent in terms of the availability of services, restaurants, cafes, and various types of markets. As for the reception upon arrival, it was at its best, and there were facilities and a respectful attitude from the staff, the same goes for the cleaning staff.

However, a downside is that some rooms face the main street, causing inconvenience due to the traffic noise outside. Breakfast, in general, was very modest, and I think this aligns with the room rates perhaps.

Excellent welcoming, hospitality and wonderful staff Best Location, Main road is a few meters , Supermarket, restaurants , all the way to the Airport, downtown Or aqaba, wadi rum and Petra. room service, very fast respond. Large Mall around, the Area is full of safety Money Exchange is behind. Easy pick up, can reach any area afew minutes. People around were so helpful,kind 🇯🇴 & Lovely.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries and towels were provided. Even though we stayed during Ramadan, there was delicious breakfast and coffee provided. The hotel is very close to the main road but the room was actually relatively quiet. Wifi was available in all areas and the signal was good.

It's very easy to get from the airport to the hotel but if you want to get to the city centre you either need a taxi or it's a 1-hour walk. The restaurant isn't open in the evening - they only do shisha and coffee. There are places to eat nearby but it was difficult to find food in the evening (apart from fast food). There weren't many plugs in the room. One was broken and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone.

The hotel was far better than I imagined and worth every penny! Rakan on reception was very helpful and even offered us a free upgrade on our arrival. Throughout our stay we were helped by staff members to book travel and assist us when needed. The room was immaculate and spacious and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries, this hotel should be 5*. Thank you for having us.

If there was anything I didn’t like then it was that our stay was short, I wish we had stayed longer, it is in a fantastic easy to reach location and staff were very friendly especially Rakan.

The room is very spacious enough big for both of us. Beds very comfy. Clean bathroom. Room service Is cleaning room everyday. Very friendly speaking English staffs. Breakfast very delicious. Easy Access. Close to the mall, money changer, many Restaurants around the hotel. 35-40Mins from Airport. The Hotel also provides pick up airport hotel service by request. Unfortunetaly the bathroom is very cold due to the open fan in the window & the room 207 has shower water runs very little & not much. Please fix it. There is no HairDry in the room & by request the receptionist send me once

I and my mother stayed here on the 5th till the 15th of November and honestly it’s the friendliest hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff were super kind and helpful and always caring for us, when ever we needed something is was provided, the man in the morning at breakfast (staff) was honestly really kind and caring ensuring we had everything we needed. The reception staff especially Ahmad was very kind helping us and calling for taxis and helping with any information we needed. Unfortunately I didn’t take the names of the other staff as they were equally as kind and caring. the room was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was dated but seeing the other quality’s of this hotel I honestly didn’t care. The location was perfect anything we needed was right outside the hotel. ILL BE BACK AGAIN WITH MY MOTHER WE LOVED STAYING HERE, I RECOMMEND a anyone travelling to Amman to give this hotel a try. Such friendly staff can be found no where else. SO HAPPY WITH MY STAY.

I only stayed one night and was leaving without breakfast but staff wanted to make me something to take which was very sweet of them

Room was quite clean and spacious. Bed was spacious enough for two. Location was close to commercial area which made finding food extremely easy. We arrived by rental car and were happy to find out they had underground parking as well. Room was sound proof enough where we could barely hear outside noise, especially considering we were facing the busy highway. Very nice hotel and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Amman.

The hotel is in a safe location in Amman. There are a lot of tourists in this part of the city and several shops nearby. The room is good. The staff is friendly. They allowed our luggage to leave there after check-out before we went to the airport.

You can only see the modern part of the city on a walk from this hotel. The breakfast was very general, nothing for people with food allergies.
