The staff really make this place special. My young family and I stayed at PrideInn Diani for a week, and even though there is no kids club there, the staff made us feel welcome. Each and every one of them was patient and kind with my children - even when they were running from the restaurant to the pool or to the security gate. At one point, a waitress said to me, "You sit down and rest, we'll watch them." when they (3 year old twins) had run off, again. The food in the restaurant - particularly the buffet - is good and varied. We enjoyed eating there for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean - very important with little children around! We took advantage of their laundry service and received well laundered and ironed clothes the following day. My children are going to miss the staff, as they got to know a few of them very well - my 6 year old still talks about Ms. Winfred, who was lovely to them. PrideInn Diani Hotel offers the best in Kenyan hospitality - genuine warmth and service that makes you feel welcome.

Extremely beautiful and comfy rooms they have! Immaculately clean and well-organised. All the food we were served was very, very tasty! I especially liked their breakfast buffet options. I loved the quick customer service by the staff who were wonderfully friendly and happy while serving guests (shout out to Ann!)

I did not like the options in the main course menu for dinner because it was very limited, almost basic. They could also do with some improvement in the food presentation (plating). I disliked having to answer the question of whether we were on "bed & breakfast" or "half-board" on several occasions. Could there be a way of identifying guests by their meal plan, maybe?

The place is perfect when you need to relax and get away from the noise of life.The staff are friendly , they go an extra mile to make you be comfortable. The food is delicious, the chef knows how to cook. They helped us to charge our phones when we were there for 3 nights. When I go to Diani I will go back there.

The you need to log in with your own password to access YouTube and Netflix. The water was cold 🥶.

The property staff were extreemly helpul and accomodative they allowed both early check in and a late check out. One of us had a foot injjury and had crutches. They relocated us to a accesible room and were very helpful with assisting her to move around the property. The stablishment was very clean and food and drink were affordable.

The breakfast was a bit basic. The "water park" is rather small its more of just a few slides.

The serenity and the staff.... Most especially the driver who was with us was the best and knows how to handle people I'd come back just because this driver is something else.... Then there's consolata always concerned about every guest stay she's a 10/10

From the moment I walked through the doors, the amazing staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was unparalleled. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well-cared-for. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room and pool area were immaculate The air conditioning in my room worked flawlessly, providing a welcome escape from the outside heat, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere within the room. The highlight of my visit, however, was the pool area, where I had the pleasure of interacting with the pool lifeguard, Nuru. Nuru not only excelled in ensuring the safety of the guests but also went above and beyond to create a vibrant and entertaining poolside experience. Her friendly demeanor and proactive approach to organizing various activities kept all of us and other guests entertained I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place to stay in Diani at a reasonable price.

Limited selection at the poolside bar and the cocktails were not the best.

To start with the staff were so welcoming and professional. After a long drive from Nairobi and spending 4 hours to get onto the ferry, we arrived so tired and hungry. But they helped us settle and relax. Special thanks goes to Consolata at the reception Desk. The barman Odhiambo and all the waitresses who charmed us with their smiles. We felt that our comfort was their utmost priority. The food was excellent and rooms clean and the ambience great. We will definitely be back.

We didn't like the fact that we only had two nights to enjoy Pride Inn Diani.

The staff were genuinely caring and went out of their way to make the stay with my family worthwhile. They understand their job and seem to have been carefully selected.

I overheard some room service staff complaining about their supervisor - I didn't quite understand get what they were complaining about in detail. On our last day, the room was not well arranged and it took too long for them to clean it.

The location is perfect, just next to the road. The have a swimming pool, plus even a waterpark, that stuff is soo fun and thrilling. The check in was okay, though we had to wait for a while because we came earlier than the check in time. We were welcomed with a glass of fresh fruit juice. The receptionist Consolata gave us a bit of a briefing about the hotel and she made us feel at home. Winnie, the receptionist also helped a lot with my daughter, whenever I was caught up with something she helped "babysit" her. Both Winnie and Consolata loved carrying her or even sometimes feed her🥰 My daughter had her own crib, I requested for it. They have a buffet, so you can pick from a variety of dishes what you like. The kitchen staffs were so helpful and they made some of my breakfast foods how I like it upon request. Bretta, also helped me in preparing my baby's food or even feed her one or two spoons😁 The head of the kitchen(I've kind of forgotten his name 💔)helped me organise a surprise birthday party for my husband & daughter, and all the staffs joined in singing🥳 Everyone there was so kind and nice to us, it was so relaxing 😌 I'll definitely be back

The size of the establishment meant it was easy to be attended to by the employees also it was easy to navigate through. Totally enjoyed the cocktail (sea breeze),the melon salads as well as the dessert of cheese cake!..The food was sumptuous..enough to keep you satisfied as the portions were generous. Cleanliness was constantly done which was a great pleasure.

As the bar is directly near the rooms,the music can be blaring.As the space is also small means the sound bounces off&can get a bit jarring. As an establishment the tempo should reflect the time&some moderation on the sound levels.
