Hotel is located @ ideal place very near to metro. ARNT the service provider was very much helping. Hotel was almost full withh Forign tourists. Taxi is also cheap to acces marina, JBR beach from here.

However our queen room was not having tea and coffee. Just green tea sachet was provided. I also check inn on my birthday and such four start hotel didn't bother to present a surprise piece of cake or wish me in any way

I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Dubai, and I want to especially highlight the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Basil Atiyah Basha. From the moment I arrived, Basil went above and beyond to make my stay more than perfect. He was always available to explain all the hotel’s options, benefits, nearby restaurants, and even suggested great places to visit around Dubai. His warm attitude, constant smile, and genuine willingness to help—even after a long day—left a lasting impression on me and clearly reflects the professionalism of the hotel’s management. The facilities were excellent — from the comfortable rooms on the upper floors, to the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. Another big plus is the location: the hotel is very close to a metro station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. Taxis and other transport options are also readily available. Nothing All perfect

My room was kept clean at all times during my stay, The breakfast options were not limited. There was a reasonable variety and meals were not monotonous. One of the service staff in the restaurant stood out for me. She is called Jackline. She deserves commendation from Management.

Guests were not allowed to sign their bills to be posted to their room folio. You were made to pay your bills every step of the way which I find not guest friendly. There should be enough grounds to put a no-post restriction on a guest. Guests should be informed about this policy at check-in.

the location was very good since we were going a lot around with metro, the metro station was very close to us, also a lot of restaurants are close-by, a lot of shops and even a 24/7 shop is very close where you can get your needs from cleaning stuff to food to fruits to baby foods to clothes. the pool area was very clean and there were towels provided when needed, the sun wasn't shining a lot when we visited, nice gym area - hotel style, but it was alright, there was water at the gym area

The room service staff always forget something 2 times didn’t add tea and sugar in the room 1 time didn’t wash the used cups and put them as is 2 times didn’t put full set of towels in bathroom one time they re folded used towels and put on top of clean towels Overall room service was just under expectations and needs real care and monitoring from hotel management. As it is main negative point in this beautiful hotel.

Staff were amazing, when we needed extra towels the brought them up no problem. Offered to help me carry some water up to my room. Pool service was spectacular for food and drinks.

The only thing was that some of the cups in the room were dirty and the pillows on the bed were not typical size so tricky to sleep with however there are normal pillows in the wardrobe which I only found on the last day which were a bit dusty! However none of that would put me off returning again. Highly recommend

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient access to the metro, making travel seamless. The staff were remarkably courteous and attentive, contributing to a truly welcoming atmosphere. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Without a doubt, this will remain my top choice for future visits to Dubai. .

The pillows could have been better

The location was good,however the nearest metro station was not functioning due to rain damage. The checking was very smooth, front office very efficient. Internet was fast.

House keeping not upto the mark. I had broken pieces of chips on the floor at time of checkin. Electric kettle would have been better than the coffee machine. Breakfast was not upto the mark - I travel once in 3 months to Dubai and live at different locations and their breakfast was far superior. Juices like orange was made of probably tang and that too diluted - apple juice heavily diluted with water.

Room, location and breakfast are good

My room was booked by my friend and he had given all his credit card details. He forwarded me the confirmation of the email received from your end. But on checking desk I have been told to pay. I paid with no hesitation and informed my friend. He contacted the front desk requesting them to refund and debit to his credit card or he will approach to settle. The request was not considered and the reply was once the hotel collects money the don't refund.

The staff was so approachable and could do all possible things to make us comfortable. Had a comfiest stay at Novotel Al Barsha. Excellent housekeeping by MUJIBUR. Thank you keep up the good work 👍🏻
