Receptionist Dina Salem deserve 10 out of 10 easy cool and appropriate. Aziz duty manager deserve 12 out of 10 I appreciate him and I should have rated him from previous stay. He appreciates customers and does what it has to be done. He smart and reflective to customer experience. Gloria she's kind and takes feedback seriously listens and responds . Not like other hotels Marina fast smart and easy. Need to mention Dina explained benefits of membership and she's very welcoming and salute with direct warmth. Hamdy and Mohamed at restaurant much better than the rest they come ask if we need anything they bring water Hamdy bring order also some picks from, buffed nicely without asking Dena smiles with heartwarming greetings clearly pure and direct nice person.she should have authority to extend the stay hours pre to check out to customer preferences. Doors are open on the terrace for long time thus Not cold loppy Heat comes from door open as wedding happen or pre to it..these door could be replaced by automatic doors ..both of them Laundry must use soap when clean preferred perfumed soap There is no barbar shop Corridor there is paint smell Pool not open 24h This hotel is near airport if someone wants to stay 1 night because most ppl wish to travel as transit. Preferably General manager discuss with finance and team involved better prices for those staying more than 1 night or more than 2 nights or perhaps better prices for those staying 1 week and all times membership during the year. Room windows need to have reflection so those outside can't see those inside

There was a man in the lift who creeped us out - he was a staff member at the hotel and targeted women who got into the lift on their own. He put his arm around you and took photos and even asked me for a kiss!!! Totally unacceptable. I reported him to reception and told my group of ladies to only get in the lift in two’s.

The manager at the dinner buffet was very rude and unwelcoming I was asked to sign for dinner although I paid in advance, so it did not make sense. When I questioned that, the explanation provided did not make sense to me. My feedback regarding this was not taken into consideration by the manager at the dinner buffet. The TV, phone, and hallway light were not working. However, the issues were resolved once reported. It would have been better to check the rooms are fully operational before checking in guests!

Lets start with the Check In - super polite and professional Monica provided early Check In and Late Check Out, explained everything and provided a real Welcome Feeling. Also Mamoud from Breakfast Team is very polite and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed it

The biggest issue I have visiting a country like Egypt is the "Oh you are kind, give me Money" Mentality. Sadly same happen with "free" Transfer from Hotel to Terminal 2. I pay over 200 Euro there and not expecting anyone to ask me for money. The Transfer Guy is a real pain in the a... and can not ask for money. The entire experience of the hotel stay is going down the drain with such a guy. I definitely take out of this negative statement the rest of the hotel staff, as they are polite and helpful and not asking at any moment for Money.

The room was very quiet and nice. The hotel has everywhere diffusers so it smells very good in the hallways. The staff were super nice. Especially Mr. Rezk who explained everything during our stay and Chef Hamy handi who cooked a nice asian meal for us. We can recommend this hotel 100%

The temperature in the Lobby and Hallway is way too cold. They could safe a lot of money on electricity if they wouldn't cool down the lobby that much. The signature Poached Egg from the indining Menu was the worst Egg Benedict I ever had... Otherwise our stay was perfect!

The hotel is very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. It’s clearly labeled with its name, and seeing it immediately gave us a sense of safety. They offer a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. However, although we arrived at T1, we found it a bit confusing to locate the shuttle. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions — such as the exact pick-up point and what the shuttle bus looks like — instead of simply mentioning that a shuttle is available. For guests unfamiliar with Egypt or typical hotel shuttle services, more detailed guidance would be very supportive. That said, walking to the hotel from Terminal 3 wasn't too difficult. We took the mini train at the airport to T2, then walked to T3 and found the bridge leading to the hotel, which was a relief. Getting back to the airport was much easier. We enjoyed our short stay. Check-out was simple and fast. The hotel restaurant offered excellent service and high-quality food, which our family really appreciated. Overall, we would recommend staying here, especially if you have an early flight — ours was at 9:40 am — to reduce the stress of traveling in the morning.

I loved everything about this hotel, little bummer when we arrived couldn't meet our driver to hotel but must have been a little terminal misunderstanding and got a taxi but when we arrived everything was sorted promptly, the manager get free breakfast, free vip lounge access which has an amazing Cairo view and late checkout as our flight was late. Would highly recommend this hotel because everyone is there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Michael from the lounge and met him again at the downstairs bar before checkout is the best. Super clean and comfortable. Just loved everything about the hotel

During our recent trip to Egypt, choosing Le Meridien Cairo Airport Hotel proved to be an excellent decision. Traveling with an infant, we prioritized convenience for flight connections and adequate rest between journeys, and this property delivered perfectly on both counts. The hotel's strategic location minimized travel stress while offering unexpectedly excellent dining options. We particularly enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant, where we had several memorable dinners. The staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. They consistently provided helpful directions and ensured we reached our flights on time. I must specifically acknowledge Mr. Fathy from housekeeping, whose above-and-beyond service enhanced our experience significantly. For travelers concerned about accessing Cairo's major attractions from this airport location, we found navigation surprisingly manageable. While we encountered some expected congestion during peak hours, transportation to key destinations was generally straightforward. Our four-night stay, split across two segments of our journey, offered the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, making Le Meridien an excellent base for exploring Egypt.

The Chinese restaurant was a let down.

My father and I stayed here, and we loved that the hotel is attached to Terminal 3, which handles domestic flights, making our return from Luxor super easy with just a short walk through the airport to the hotel. The Mezzeh restaurant was excellent—we had the grilled prawns and fish, and everything was delicious. To top it off, the staff surprised me with a rose at the end of our meal. We also enjoyed the little café near the lobby, where we got some Arabic sweets and chocolates that were a nice touch. The front door men were very helpful and kind, ensuring that my Uber picked me up at the right place. The grounds of the property were beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The only thing I’d mention is that this location is a bit far if you’re planning to do tours to the Giza Pyramids and other popular sites. Many of the tour companies on Viator charge extra for pick-up from the airport area, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, this was a great place for our short 2-night stay before we checked out early the second night to catch our 2AM flight back home. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again, very convenient.

Nothing-- everything was great.

Our room was spacious and clean, the staff were quick to respond to our requests. The service at the Live Sports Bar was great with a friendly and cheerful team, food portion was big and delicious too. We chose this hotel due to its location, with a walk from the hotel's linked-bridge to Terminal 3 in less than 5 minutes.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, it was sagging in the middle. The reception staff didn't mention the option of a paid breakfast box when we told them we couldn't have breakfast because we had to be in the airport before 3.30am. We only discovered this service when we saw other guests with breakfast boxes. The staff also couldn't provide us any information if there were food options available at the airport during those early hours. Fortunately, we found a small cafe that was open which serves coffee, sandwiches, and croissants.
