Classic Italian hotel. Very grand, large reception - good facilities ie gym. Pool was closed due to time of year. The staff are mostly friendly at reception. The hospitality in Italy is quite good, not as warm as Greece, but still they are very nice and helpful when you ask them questions. I found them to be straight to the point, some friendlier than others. The friendliest were the breakfast staff, in particular Gustavo - I came to breakfast at 9.57am and he got me a coffee and seated me. He made me feel very welcomed and respected. Gustavo is a lovely restaurant staff, I think he should be manager. He was saying bonjourno to everyone and the ladies at the breakfast were also very friendly. Gustavo was a highlight of the hotel. I am very happy with the breakfast too and the service.

Location is not central BUT the hotel is very large. The hotels in the city are very small. I prefer this location because the bus is 20 minutes and very good exercise to walk from bus stop to hotel.

Security is very good because the whole area is locked with gates and has cameras outside. Personal was friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast has some gluten free options. Coop and Esselunga markets are in a walking distance.

The doors are almost paper, you can hear well what is happening in the corridor or next door neighbour. Hotel is situated a little bit too far for the turists.

I loved the friendliness & professionalism of the staff the most. Always courteous & smiling. The hotel was always clean & location away from the city center was to our liking.

Not much variety with the breakfast. Also, would have been great to have freshly baked pastry or bread: you could easily tell these were bought rather baked in-house, though I could be wrong. If breakfast is not your thing, this was otherwise a awesome stay at the hotel

Very nice facilities with spacious and comfortable rooms, large open and underground parking lot and a beautiful pool (no matter it closes a bit early - 19:00😕). Public transportation to the city center is within reach - tram is a 15-minute walk away from the hotel. A super market and a shopping center are also in the vicinity. Highly recommended especially if you travel by car.

They could consider extend the pool hours a bit till 8-8:30 in the evening, especially on days of extreme heat

This was an amazing hotel! Very good breakfast! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, shower pressure was perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The property is a little bit away from the city Center, but for us that wasn’t a problem, there is a tram and bus stop down the road and it takes you right to the city centre. Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed for 5 nights, if we will be in Florence again we will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended this hotel!

The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety. The location was definitely a bit far from the train station and city centre. Staff not too helpful with explaining the local transport as they seemed very busy but we asked locals and managed to use the bus and tram. On the whole the hotel was really good and offered value for money very comfortable but just not centrally located.

More engaging and friendly staff since we were first time visitors to Florence. The guy at the reception when we were leaving was good.

We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Our modern rooms were clean and as featured online. As for the car park - it was huge and was very secure due to being gated. We enjoyed using the pool - it was much appreciated in 38 degree heat! There are also lots of seating areas in the lobby area. We also liked the extensive choice of food at breakfast.

The hairdryer wasn’t very powerful which can be a bit of an issue if you have long thick hair.

The pool was a big plus during a major heat wave. Having breakfast on site was also a plus to start our day.

There was no laundry machines on the property, yet they have space for it. The morning staff was not so pleasant or helpful. The pool should be opened later than 7pm to allow families to come back and enjoy it. It’s a little further than I expected to get on the tram to the metro area and the walk at night is not lit well.

Thanks a lot to the hotel team for their effectiveness, especially on the Breakfast. We enjoyed staying at the Hotel, even if we didn't have enough time to test the pool.

Too many people, but it's a big Hotel so that makes sense. Try to find a place fast for breakfast if you want to eat in calm (and to avoid having your place stolen).

It is a large congress hotel, so it has over and underground parking on the premises that are gated. It is located in a business district of Florence, next to large company grounds and parking lots. Being there over the weekend meant it was very quiet, this probably changes on workdays. Room is large with a decent sized tv. Breakfast is ample - 4 star standard and there are separate rooms for individual guests and tour groups. Getting to center of Florence takes approx. 20 minutes by car and 35 min by tram T2, but you need to walk about 13-14 minutes to the tram station between large fenced company grounds. There are also busses that pass nearer, but haven't tried them. You can buy bus/tram tickets directly at the front desk, but there are also vending machines on each stop to buy tickets with cash or credit cards.
