Senior staff professional and very helpful. (Waiters and junior staff appeared a bit out of their depth sometimes). Cyproit evening on Thursday was very enjoyable - good food, music, and dancing demonstration. We were upgraded to a very spacious suite- which was terrific. Well equipped fittness center. Great food in the specialty restaurant. Once you manage to reserve a place - great pool and beach loungers.

There is nothing at all to do in the immediate vicinity. One or two restaurants across the road - but that's it. As such- really not much to do in the evenings - not even a decent promenade or well lit area to go for a walk after dinner. Food in the main dining room is plentiful and varied - but bottom line, generally not very tasty. Cocktails in the all-inclusive package are not good quality alchohol or ingredients - too sweet and watered down.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Bay Beach hotel. To start with, they offer convenient parking for guests, which was very helpful. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The indoor heated pool was a great bonus, especially considering the cooler weather during our visit. Our room was spacious, with a stunning sea view and a large balcony — perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent. Great service. The staff went above and beyond to help us with all the information we needed during our stay. The hotel was very convenient for spending our time in Larnaca. This was a birthday vacation for my daughter. I've surprised her in the morning with balloons. When we returned in the evening to our room after a trip to Larnaca, we found a birthday greeting with a bottle of wine and sweets, free of charge. The staff figured that out because of the balloons. That was a very nice surprise!

Exceptional breakfast with coffee service serving coffee to your table, great chillout music and huge windows with view when you eat breakfast,welcome fruit platter with wine in the room and water either bottled one or in the reception free lemonade tennis court and gym,lovely cats walking around the hotel,water sports available (we particularly liked jet ski) Plus for Tatiana masseuse . Plus for Patrycja polish ambassador in the hotel. Bus stop in close distance to the centre of Larnaca and the airport,local restaurants,local store with suvenirs. Big size room with view and balcony.

Sauna was switched off,jacuzzi and whirlpool outside wasn't working fully,bath was kind of child size,outdated tv with poor selection of channels mainly news and music,old outdated bikes to rent.

We booked the junior suite with Jacuzzi and we enjoyed it! To our positive surprise we were given a sunbed reservation card with which we could reserve our sun-beds from the beginning to the last day of our stay. I hope that more hotels would implement such system as it removes the stress of needing to "fight" for sun-bed every single day and it forces the hotel to have enough sun-beds available. Buffet lunch and dinner were ok with enough selection, but not worthy of 5 stars (4 at best).

The breakfast buffet was exactly the same, every single day. While the variety was ok, it started to be boring after the first few days. Some of the items that were found during breakfast, also made up the salads for dinner, which made those choices even more boring. The room felt a bit small for being a "junior suite", especially as we had a cot in there as well. Some of the staff was very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately the majority looked either stressed or bored of their job.

honestly this hotel probably has the loveliest staff. they deserve even 10+! they where so welcoming, helped us with everything we needed and always with a smile. my sister had a birthday and so we went for this vacation and they decorated our room so beautifully! also we ordered a cake which was delicious and they really took it seriously and sang happy birthday.

the location is far from the center so always need of a taxi or a bus. the hotel itself is a bit old and doesn't really look like the pictures but honestly it was one of the best vacations

The dinner is incredible in the taverna and also in the dining room. The pool and the beach are amazing 🤩 They also have Irish bar with billiard room and darts game that was fun to play after the dinner.

They have performance every night that is very loud and you hear the female screaming all over the hotel so if you come with little kids keep it in mind. There are things that need an upgrade. The sauna that is very old, the hot-tub is not working very good need a replacement, the public toilets near the pool are very old. Also the furniture in the rooms very old, new chairs, new tv cabinet can be a huge upgrade to the rooms.

Golden Bay beach hotel is a great hotel. The staff make your stay wonderful and i can praise them for this They give you a great feeling and try their best to make you happy Especcially i would like to praise and clap my hands for the unusual and great indeed attitude of the best hotel manager i ever met, Mr Anthos Asmenis He is everywhere and tries his best to make the tourists happy. The sea shore is beautiful , so are the pools Breakfast is delicious. overall a great holidy indeed

I think some of the rooms may be renovated, but, it does not at all affect the great time and holiday me and my friend had while staying in this great hotel.

The room is wide and comfortable, the staff were good and helpful, the swimming pool and the beach look great (it was too cold to spend time there), the lobby, breakfast, parking, reception, and elevators are of 5-star quality. Overall, the stay was a good experience and the facilities were of 5 5-star level.

This hotel is on the way down and needs some investment to keep going at a 5-star level. There are many minor signs that show this: The bathroom is old, the tap is the same as my grandma's bath, and it takes 5 minutes to set the correct temperature. The light in the room is poor. The bar and room service food is terrible (completely burned pizza, club sandwich was bad, it took 40 minutes to bring a salad, etc.), there is a warm water pool, and the water wasn't hot at all. The location is problematic. You must have a car, and the hotel is isolated and far away from everything (it is pretty quiet).

It was an amazing place. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. When my daughter was injured they immediately supplies us with a driver who took us to a clinic and made sure she was okay when we came back. When we needed to prolong our stay they helped us even though it was last minute. The pool was amazing! there's also a great slide. Even when the hotel was full it did not feel crowded. The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean every day.

The repetitive menu in the dining room could be improved. But overall it was great.
