Room was spacious. Although it is on a busy location but was not noisy for a good rest, exception on festive season with the booming of fireworks all over town. Many nearby restaurants in walking distance and also the convenience store. Good that there is the water dispenser on very floor that you can refill the water container (jug) in the room anytime. There is breakfast available at the hotel itself although I didn't opt for it for this work trip. Sufficient room amenities.

The floor should be checked more for cleanliness as at the time of check in, there was a hairball seen at the corner near the bed.

Parking - so limited Swimming Pool - extremely not suitable for kids below 12 years old. Too dangerous :( Breakfast - not many choices of food. I stayed 3 days, everyday almost same menu

The room was good enough and bathroom space same as photo. Bed was soft and comfortable, good locate as walk distance nearby got restaurants and Watson. Good that the room has mirror easy for female to make up. Shampoo and body wash was provided and good smells. Nice air conditioners build in and got iron. Rain showers were fantastic enough to eliminate fatigue.

So far so good, only that reception desk only 1 staff handle and during check in about slow. Make up table without tissues to use.

The bed and the water pressure and temperature was great. The pillows were not too floppy and gave me a good night's rest for sure.

That the hiardryer was stuck to the wall instead of being portable. There wasn't any hand soap provided. the soundproofing is not very good as you would be able to hear the people in nearby rooms through the window and the swimming pool if they are very loud.

The room was clean, the staffs were polite, and the location was okay. The food too was sufficient, but not amazing. There was so few parking, however (probably because we were there during non-peak holiday) we managed to get a parking.

The price. You can get better value with the same price everywhere else. But not the fault of the hotel, it's just Penang.

Swimming pool was perfect after a long day of exploring. Security and cleaners were realy nice. We could store the luggage and use the lobby (airco) after checkout to wait for out flight.

Rooms are perfect. Only a little smell in the room. Not to bad at all, but a little noticeable.

It is within walking distance to get around in search of meals. Budget hotel so not much of high expectations. The breakfast spread is not much but the chicken porridge is the best!

The air con in the room is not cooling. Esp with such hot weather we can still feel the heat & uncomfortable in the room.

Love the location, staff very friendly, aircond in the room is the best, water flow in the toilet are excellant!! oku parking provided👍🏻

White towel provided in the room a bit worn, pool is ok but the bottom of the pool got so many dirt

Cleaning room every day and clean bed sheets and towels, tea and coffee supplied daily.

Window glass a bit dirty, also could be a bit noisy as not double glazed.
