Staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions and checking in and the nice ladies who take care of the rooms Rooms do a great service. keeping it clean, Location was good. there was no neighbor room noise.

That when we entered our room for first time it was very hot. A/C wasn't on. I turned on and left for a while. it was nice and cool but not cold per say after 3 hours. but comfortable. lobby and hallways were on warm side. it was 100-degree day out. Elevator seemed to have a weed smell every time we used it. So ended up using stairs.

Sadly like a lot of other Hotel chains, COVID has changed what the term BREAKFAST means and it’s now used as a way of trying to lure customers from staying elsewhere. A half ounce Yogurt and fruit with toast or bagels and coff and juice really isn’t breakfast as it once was. A long day of meetings and such for me starts with something better No one does better anylonger and this is my only complaint. It should be listed and a Light Breakfast of… or words that better describe what it actually is.

I liked the comfortable beds and the indoor pool. The airport shuttle was accommodating. It is extremely close to the airport! There is a small shopping center with a restaurant.

There is A LOT of false advertisement in this listing. There is NO restaurant for breakfast or dinner like advertised. There NO bar like advertised. There was no way to shut the curtains so the street lights and sun light beam all day and night. The hallway smelled like mold.

For the price it’s a good deal I would come back! It’s a bit outdated but still beautiful hence why I think the pricing suits. Even though I wasn’t made aware of breakfast time and missed 1 day I’m very happy with the selection and that it was offered.

The only complaint I have is upon checkout the receptionist almost ‘forgot’ and seemed confused when I asked for my deposit back. Seemed a bit sketchy.

I like the room, and the views from the windows were very downtown and nice. Very comfortable, great room. Good bathroom and walk-in shower with cosmetics and shower gel. Nice neighbors. Target Grocery and KFC are 50 meters away, and there are beautiful vibes from the Ethiopian restaurant on the first floor.

There is nothing to complain about.

Everything from the first day to the last. The worker at the front was so nice and help me in a 100% she it's doing a great job. The security, their attention, the parking space, the pool, the all place was so nice and close to great places to share with my baby boy! He said I like your house papito.

The location was nice and convenient surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants. Very central to a lot most "far" places were about 20 to 30 mins away.

I can't say I disliked anything in particular. Cleaning could have been a little more thorough but nothing to make me feel like the room wasn't cleaned.

When I go for work and come back to the room there are new towels and soap every day

No break fast there’s only bread and not a good meal for a person to eat before going to work

It had modern amenities and a wonderful courtyard and garden area outside of the breakfast area

I was hoping that the breakfast would include eggs, meat, and fruit as these are the things I like to have for breakfast. However, for the value, I can't really complain. There were muffins, cereals, and oatmeal as other options.

The room met my expectations, the bed was comdortable.

the chair at the desk was broken, the light outside the bathroom would not stay on and the wallpaper was.peeling in the corners of the room, otherwise room was fine.
