The Hotel had all the expected features and during my trip to Michigan was the only hotel that provided acceptable bathing facilities for a handicapped individual. there was no "step into" required to bath, the only thing missing was the handicap railings. All of the creature comforts were available, this is a good simple place to stay.

Unfortunately the staff leaves at midnight, and the location is remote and I felt more vulnerable to possible criminal activities. Also the heating system needs to be updated, when set to automatic the heater continues to run well past the desired settings.

The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on while staying in a hotel, the pillows were awesome too. Room was newly updated, so I can’t speak for others. Everything was clean, the floors werent carpet which is awesome, no complaints

No elevator. A little difficult opening and holding so many doors while carrying luggage.

This has become our favorite local hotel. the location is awsome because if you need anything you can walk over to walgreens. but the staff is always so wonderful and kind.

Had to leave early. no coffee or breakfast available around 7:00 am. Had to cancel the remining two days for emergency. Hotel charged me for one additional day although I cancelled early morning . Based on Booking.com Hotel policy call for cancelling 48 hours ahead

Some strong smell in hallway and one of the two rooms I was given. Could be cleaning materials but not sure what it is. I was able to change the room with another one easily. Cancelation policy Would be better if closer from area attractions like Traverse City or Sleeping Bear Dunes
