Forgot to mention that upon our arrival at 10:30 a.m. the manager on duty was very accommodating and put our luggage in the office to hold til we checked in. Also got us in our room at 1:30. We really appreciated this since we were from Florida.

Friday morning person replenishing breakfast items and coffee seemed to be angry about doing her job. Was rude replacing coffee pots. Did better on Saturday morning. Not a very pleasant person. No customer service skills.

The elevator broke the day before we were scheduled to leave. I have health issues and I thought I would have to leave right away because I am not able to carry my bags down stairs. The front desk offered to send someone up when we were ready to leave the next day "if" we chose to stay. That young man was a life saver! And he was so kind! What a wonderful staff you have at that location.

Ice makers on every floor would have been nice. Maybe the elevators being maintenanced more often would have prevented its failure.

The agent we met at the counter was able to make adjustments to our booking to correct an error made by another agent, who removed the accessible room request from our booking. Why would your hotel treat us so rudely?

I booked an accessible room to accommodate my wife, who is mobility impaired. She needs grab bars to keep her from falling in the shower. I am not pleased that my confirmation was so easily dismissed. .

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and perfectly appointed...good pillows and bedding. Nice floor space overall and good window coverings, filtered light well without being starkly bright or dark.

My only issue was that I had a strong allergic reaction to something in my environment the first night. When I arrived there was an air cleaning machine in the room that gave off a strong smell, that lingered for the first day or so. After the second day everything got better and by the third day it was fine...but I had a strong allergic reaction to something in the room for the first day and a half. Antihistimes helped! I do not typically have allergic issues, so I was surprised by this issue. I greatly appreciated not having carpet in the room.

Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, all of the staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than some previous stays at other hotels. Plenty of parking and the location was great, plenty of shopping and food options. Best restaurants nearby were Pad Thai and Apollo Flame

The bathroom in the room was kind of small, we had to contort a little to close the door, I feel that larger people may have a bigger issue with this. There also wasn't much of sound barriers between rooms and hallways. We had a room with a connecting door (we did not know our neighbors so we didn't use this door) however we could hear their conversations easily even though they weren't being loud. We also heard people walking past in the hallway talking at a normal volume. The sound issues woke me up several times. I also feel that having some slight variation in breakfast each day might be good (i.e. bacon instead of sausage occasionally)

I brought my 2 cats and they really enjoyed the big windows. The room was clean, comfortable, and close to the elevator. Breakfast was very good! Staff was friendly and helpful. The building/hotel was clean and I felt safe. My stay was excellant. I will stay again.

The only thing that would be better is more than 1 elevator. Sometimes it took a long time.

The bed & sheets were excellent: soft and comfortable. Making cinnamon waffles was fun and delicious. Orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, bagel, sausage, muffins were all good choices. Staff had never been to Biltmore Estate, which was not that far, but helped us get online tickets with a small discount. Maps available in lobby were a big help. The long roof over the entrance was appreciated because it rained the morning we left, and my friend could drive the car up to keep luggage (and me) dry.

The bathroom could have used more hooks or a long towel rack. There were only 2 hooks. There was no freezer to keep our ice packs frozen for the cooler which would have been good for soda on our 12 hour ride home to PA.

The team at this location is doing an excellent job! The whole staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very well kept and the breakfast was yummy, well stocked and very clean too. The The coffee and lemon water available at all times was a nice addition.

I booked last minute due to a softball tournament, and was appalled at the hotel prices while shopping around. However, because the price of this hotel was $250 cheaper than where I normally stay, and it was only 3 minutes from the fields I decided to book. I was more than pleased upon arrival.

Only had two towels in the bathroom for our family of 5, however they made it clear at check in that if we needed any more, we could just stop at the front desk and ask.

Reasonably Priced , Close to our Planned Activities. Plenty of parking. Lots of fast food options close by.

WiFi was weak at best , frequently got bumped off. Not much clothing storage space for a long stay Breakfast was the usual fare Biscuits & Gravy Sausage Patties and Egg Pucks. White Bread & Bagels & Waffles & Sweetened Yogurt. Few healthful options.
