There is a destination fee at all of the New Orleans hotels. Effectively this gives you daily use-it-or-lose-it credits for the hotel restaurant and/or bar. This was the first time I had this fully explained to me at a check-in! The restaurant at the hotel was quite good and it was a positive part of the experience. The folks at the front desk responded promptly to a couple of room needs. The location is at the western end of the Quarter and is within easy walking distance to the riverfront, Canal Street transportation, Jackson Square, and the rest of the Quarter. We took cars from the airport and walked everywhere else during our stay here. The rooms are modern and fresh while the hotel still fits in with the Quarter. It's a nice balance.

The friendly staff, the room upgrade to a balcony suite, location to everything and the cleanliness of the entire facility.

The TV was out the entire night and day of our one night stay, due to the company upgrading the system. The breakfast was not great. The grits were hard and lumpy, the toast was hard and smoke sausage instead of breakfast sausage was served. I was glade it was included with my room. Otherwise this would've really been a even bigger disappointment. Our room came with a wet bar. The refrigerator was fully stocked, but there wasn't any space to put personal drinks or leftover food from eating out. Windows are not noise(double pan) proof. You hear all the street noise. Also the stairs door outside our room could use a door spring that prevents it from slamming shut (very loudly) each time anyone uses it

Wonderful location. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted within the French Quarter. We reserved a room with a patio that overlooked the beautiful courtyard that was lit up at night. We had breakfast one morning in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The service in the restaurant was slow. We ate there once and did not go back. I was confused regarding the extra money I paid for some discounts to excursions. I had already planned the vacation in advance and didn't use them. It was a waste of money and I am not sure that it was clear to me that the extra fees were optional. The pool, while heated was too warm.

The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. We never heard other guests. The location in the French Quarter was perfect for walking everywhere.

We told them it was our 35th wedding anniversary and our first time in New Orleans. It would have been nice if they had acknowledged that in some way, like a room upgrade, bottle of champagne, etc. Also, we had to ask more than halfway through our stay for our room to be freshened up.

My daughter and I definitely like how cool and eclectic the hotel was, from the cool lights in the drive area and the look of the reception area when you walked in. Our room was super cool with the neat paintings covering one side of the room over the beds/ The hallways were very cool as well and all the staff was super nice and friendly.

Really couldn't find anything that we didn't like, unless you count the drinks at the bar stopping around 10 pm, but that's really only minor. The only other thing would be clean the bird droppings off the couches up on the higher level.

Great location, great interior design. Love the smart tv and nespresso in the room.

Wifi didn't work in my room and even though I asked front desk many times I still couldn't access it in the end so I gave up since it was only a 2 night stay.

the staff was amazing and the courtyard is gorgeous! I am from New Orleans but currently live out of state. My husband and I got married in the French quarter and chose to have our family and wedding party stay here. The staff was beyond accommodating and helped me show my friends and family from the PNW a great time in my home city!

The gmy was well equipped and the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel had great drink and food options.

The pool I thought would be a bit bigger and much colder for the month of August.

We loved the location the rooms and beds were really comfy and our balcony was great.

We had a couple of issues with our cleaner taking our own personal mugs and when we asked about it thinking it was an innocent mistake we heard nothing back. A little disappointing as it was a souvenir from a previous location.

The location is great, the staff is amazing, food was superb

Well, it's not on the cheaper side but all in all it's good value
