The hotel is located in a very nice part of town and is super easy to access from major highways. There are good restaurants and stores nearby as well. The hotel has a very cozy vibe and the breakfast area was fantastic. WiFi was very reliable and the options for television channels were good as well. The cleaning staff is super professional as well!

Paying for parking when the parking lot is open for anyone to enter it very much so did not make much sense to me. Especially being charged 20 dollars was borderline mind-blowing. I was not a fan!

Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choices, plenty of seating. Wait staff were exceptional.

Shower area had soap and shampoo dispensers, but the soap dispenser (Crabtree and Evelyn) was empty. We requested at the front desk for a refill for the soap. One of the staff showed up with 3 bars of soap, but nothing for the soap dispenser. We assumed a cost saving? But she should have removed the dispenser because everyone is going to try and get soap dispensed from an empty bottle? The toilet paper dispenser needs to be moved from behind the toilet..

The property offers an amazing breakfast with evening snacks and complimentary drinks. The price was worth it when you add in the amenities. Location was great, across the street from a Whole Foods market, restaurants, and an entertainment district. Staff were super friendly and keep the area really clean.

Needs improvement on keeping the pool towels stacked and came across a locked bathroom in pool area. Which makes it hard with little ones but staff remade it as quickly as possible.

The hotel is beautiful, such a nice and peaceful ambiance. The breakfast options were AMAZING they even had a station to order fresh eggs your way, they had happy hour at the bar every day from 5:30-7pm, they had enough parking for all guests. If you like working out, the gym doesn’t have too much equipment but it was good enough for upper body and cardio.

We have enjoyed staying here in the past and will stay here again.

We ended up in a suite with a handicapped bathroom/shower. The drainage on that shower was poorly done. Difficult to keep things dry. I’ve traveled with my cousin who is a paraplegic and I’m a retired school teacher who taught special needs students for 32 years. A truly handicapped guest deserves better, in my opinion.

OK 3-star hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast. They also offer free snack buffe and drinks during their "Happy Hour". I like these 80's vintage hotels, but in this case it's time for a refresh. All in all a good stay.

Additional parking fee $15 for 24h was really disappointing since it's not downtown Austin. Fortunately the happy hour and breakfast makes up for parking fee. But, annoying.

Everything felt like I was at home!

Sometimes the water was not hot to take a shower and the pull out bed needs a new mattress. My back is killing me but other than that its awesome

It gave our family a gathering place in the lobby area/restaurant area.

The manager’s reception drinks (my husband, and I had a vodka martini) were horrible.😩 and the cheese and crackers and chips were so sad that we hardly ate any.

It was quite even tho there were children all over the hotel. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel was wonderful.

The bed was very firm a little hard, but overall, the room was comfy and relaxing. I would book again.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was so accommodating. There even was a virtual assistant, and we were able to request towels for the room by text message. The location was amazing.
