Front desk was wonderful. My son got sick our first night there, I went down to the front desk. He provided me new sheets, blankets, pillows. Gave me bags for the dirty linens (it was about 2am so I did not expect anyone to help). He was so understanding and not bothered at all! I appreciated that more than you realize, as we have had bad experiences in the past with other places we have stayed. We also forgot our porta-crib that our infant needed. Asked front desk if they had any, and when we got back to the room a couple hours later, it was right inside our room waiting for us! They had coffee at all times. My husband and I are always up early and usually have to wait a few hours or leave to find a coffee shop. It was nice going downstairs and having coffee available at 4am.

They do not do room cleaning every day. If you need new towels or garbage removed, the housekeeper said to drop them outside my door. This is not a huge deal but when you have 2 babies like we do, we need a minor cleaning each day, such as new towels and garbage removed from the room They only clean the room on the 3rd day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable with good heating. There was good space for storage. There was a desk and chair and an armchair.The shower over the bath was good. Breakfast was yoghurt, toast, waffle maker available. Eggs and bacon on buffet. The house keeping staff were very helpful and the room could be cleaned every day if required. Tea coffee and water were available all day in lobby. There was a small gym with a treadmill, cross trainer and weights.

The staff were very friendly and anxious to please. I love the breakfast at Comfort Inn s and always look for a comfort inn to stay in for the great breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and nice people to work with. I highly recommend Comfort Inns!

I was unhappy that there were no towel bars in the bathroom so I couldn't hang up my washcloth or my towels. That said there were plenty of towels and washcloths, so you could throw used ones under the sink and use a fresh one everyone you needed one.

They even added our AAA discount in top, and were exceptionally helpful accommodating our service dog's needs, including a grassy area to roll around on after 14 hrs of travel. Just passing through, so only a one night stay. Breakfast was better than most of the same style. Check in/ out was a breeze. Didn't have time for the pool but looked nice. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet as it is close to interstate and across from a bar. We would choose this place again.

It was very good. My husband had to wait for the waffle maker, but that's life.

•Room was very clean and pretty well-appointed (in-room coffee; cable tv; ice-cold air conditioning; water in shower was reliably nice and hot; etc) •Swimming pool and deck were very nice but tragically underused, although that actually worked to my advantage as I got to enjoy some much-needed downtime -Breakfast was delicious. What isn’t there to like about some good, tasty waffles with sausage links and coffee??? •When I’d ordered food through a certain delivery service whose name starts with a ‘D’ and the restaurant of origin had failed to include such basic necessities as napkins and plastic eating utensils, Skyler came to my rescue and provided me with those items from the breakfast room. Good lookin’ out, Skyler! •All in all, my 2-night stay was more than pleasant. Thank you very much, Comfort Inn staff!

•While my room was indeed clean and pleasant, it didn’t have anything its sister establishment (Quality Inn-Spring Mills) wouldn’t have had as well; what’s more, not only was Quality Inn about $50 cheaper in toto, but its location was actually somewhat better in that it had several supermarkets as well as a WalMart Super Center nearby. While it was nice to have a Sheetz closeby for such things as gasoline and snacks, I’d have actually preferred all of those other places. Overall, these were really my only 2 minor grievances.

The property was conveniently located off of I-81 and close several places to get a quick meal, as well as a grocery store. Breakfast was well stocked with multiple options and the staff was pleasant. Bathrooms offered plenty of hot water for showers, and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms could use some brighter lighting, but that isn’t a deal breaker at all.

It was very clean and breakfast options were refilled often as needed. Staff was friendly and took the time to say hi to the kids. Location was great and lots of parking. Very happy luggage carts were always available.

Very small pillows and I’m not sure what size beds you have but they definitely weren’t double. Seemed too narrow (I have a double so I know the size).

The breakfast was excellent with many choices. All the food I tried was fresh. The heat worked well in the room and was fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I expected. All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly.

The comfy chair and ottoman in the room were filthy…it was strange bc everything else in the room was fresh and clean…I would suggest some spray-on foam upholstery cleaner and a towel to your cleaning staff.

The rooms were excellent. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice, and they have towels for you to use. Excellent location with restaurant across the street. The check out time was 12 p.m., which I think was great and I think should be the standard .

Not enough dryers in the laundry room . Everyone is waiting for one.
