I liked the price of the stay, the simplicity of the room. It was an easy check-in on my phone. There were snacks and drinks in the lobby. The staff was helpful. They have a fire pit in the front if you can find someone who knows how to turn it on. Okay place for a one nighter, we were just catching the train the next morning.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, and I had to go to the lobby to get a coffee. We couldn't turn on the bigger lights with the phone, just tv, not a big deal, just turned on lights that had switches. Parking was not great, the lot parking was not convenient for leaving and coming back, and there wasn't any street parking. We finally just parked in the open lot north of the hotel, no problem there.

Even though it was offsite, parking was surprisingly simple for a downtown location. Proximity to Summerfest was a huge plus.

My ONLY complaint would be the strong scent of, I’m assuming, the cleaning solution used. Our room smelled strongly of it when we first walked in, however I think it had just been cleaned and the smell dissipated quickly. As someone with scent triggered migraines, this could be an issue for some. I did very much appreciate how clean the room was though. No carpet made me feel less icky about walking on the floor in socks.

It was located close to the Historic Third Ward which is the main tourist area which made it very convenient. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and efficient.

Because it is a more budget hotel the rooms are not carpeted and the floors had a weird stickiness to it which I did not love. Would recommend people to bring slippers if they stay.

Had to pay for parking and didn't know until we got there. Being in town it had some noise, the continental breakfast was just OK. It looked like there was only one staff member trying to keep up with breakfast. Eggs were gone, minimal other things to choose from.

This was my very first time in Milwaukee and I was visiting for work. When I first walked into the hotel I was immediately greeted by a very nice and friendly gentleman named Ricky. He was so welcoming and answered any and all questions I had throughout my visit. This Hotel is located in a great location where you can walk to get food or drinks. The hotel was very clean and comfortable but I did have trouble logging into wifi so I had to use my cellphone hotspot. I will need to go back to Milwaukee soon for work and will definitely stay at this hotel if Ricky is there! He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave first-class service!

Parking was an issue. When booking, I was assuming there was parking. The parking garage was around the corner and expensive. There was a valet, but that was even more expensive

The breakfast.. the eggs where like little soggy sponges - quite honestly the hot food looked like it was all cooked in the microwave and wasn't very appealing.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable we came to the area for a wedding. And because we couldn’t get a room on time, we almost miss the wedding. I was lucky enough to get a room at the last minute but the rest of my family all had to come into my room to change their clothes and leave their luggage because they couldn’t get a room not even at 3 o’clock. I’ve never been to a hotel certainly and never a Hilton. Where I couldn’t get into a room on time.
