3 adults and a 4 year old across 2 king rooms. We were upgraded by the amazing staff to keep our rooms close together. Affordable, comfortable & clean. Exactly what we needed for our short two-day trip. We definitely got what we paid for however more comfortable than expected. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and playgrounds for a 4 year old. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t open the window however the aircon was perfect. Hand wash was empty but just used the one from the shower as it was the same contents (body & hand wash) not a major negative for us (given the short stay) hence why we didn’t tell the staff.

As a 1 night stop over, Ibis Budget Campbelltown was easy to get to from the freeway. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and recommended a good place for us to eat out at within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower (although small) had plenty of hot water. We had a ground floor room which we really appreciated as there was no lift to upper floors. Ibis Budget Campbelltown is what the name say a Budget Motel but good value for the room rate - would definitely stay here again when travelling through Sydney.

Fantastic place to stay for a couple of nights. A bit off the track (we were heading to MacArthur) which also made it really quiet. The room was small, which we expected and was just fine. It faced the bush which meant it was extra quiet. The room is an older style, the bathroom is super small (which I absolutely expect at a Ibis Budget) and like a caravan bathroom. Didn't phase us at all. Ibis Budgets anywhere in the world are always full of surprises. Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff are lovely and friendly.

The bathroom scared me when I first went into it because the whole thing is plastic vac-formed walls! Once I learnt that it was fine.

It is exactly what you would expect for a budget motel. The rooms are small but the beds were comfy. We had three staying and it was a tight fit, but for somewhere to sleep close to a myriad of restaurants and the Lumeah Train Station it was great. The staff were cooperative and friendly.

I guess I would have liked a larger room, but it is a bit like buying a small car and then complaining about the lack of space. The shower/toilet floor had sagged a little allowing water to collect on the floor and it could benefit from a shower curtain. It was acceptable.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve stayed here. Every time has always been great: staff are friendly and helpful, place is always clean, it has everything I need and the location is great. I have family in Campbelltown and it’s so great to have somewhere that’s affordable without losing comfort. It’s the perfect budget option and I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the Campbelltown area.

The young lady at reception was absolutely delightful and very helpful, she even helped my husband take our 2 bags around to our room while I went back to the car to get something, as we are both slightly disabled that just blew us both away as it is never happened to us before we are so grateful and thanked her for her kindness. OMG your bed was the best ever so comfortable we slept like logs, as we travel quite a lot but this is the first bed that we have found to bed the BEST 💯 out of 💯.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The motel is close to shops and food. Easy to park and find. Reception and other staff were friendly and efficient. Check in easy. For an overnight stay it perfectly suited our needs. However, if I was to stay in the area longer the room would have been a bit small. Having a bathroom at one end and a basin in the other was not really convenient. Breakfast was adequate with toast/condiments, fruit, juices and pancakes on offer.

The property was cheap and clean and great value - not luxurious, but for the price we were extremely pleased - functional, clean, no frills and just what we wanted! We were remarking to each other how we wish there were more places like this, cheap, no frills, functional, clean, and reliable, quiet accommodation. Air conditioner worked.

The window couldn't be locked - we just mad sure we didn't leave anything valuable behind.

The room is good value for money. It was clean and tidy. The vent in bathroom had dust build up need a duster to clean that. But overall it's not bad. The toilet is small The size of a plane cubicle so if your plus size keep that in mind this maybe a tight fit for you. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Staff were so lovely. The lady even helped me carry my bags up two flights of stairs thank you so much. If you need ground floor room you need to request that because there are no lift in the building. No microwave in the room. But there is one down stairs. Short walk from leaumeah train station.

I can't complain because it's cheap.

A lot of people complain about an Ibis Budget.... why? It is all about expectations, I expect a clean room, clean bed / sheets, comfortable bed, shower & toilet for a night's stay, that is it! I don't expect a pool, room service, fancy lobby etc etc.... It for a one night stay, where we arrived at 6pm, had dinner at one of the local restaurants, bed at 8:30pm, up at 6am, absolutely fit for purpose.
