The place is great. The staff are friendly and usually it’s a great location for the airport but now they don’t do on site long term car parking, which we didn’t know until we arrived. Luckily the car place next door was had a vacancy. We could just go there and it was only short trip back or else it would’ve been very annoying and frustrating. They need to put that on their website that they do long-term parking any more.

That they no longer do long-term car parking they didn’t notify us when we do the booking they still have the shuttle bus which is handy but nowhere to leave your car!! They definitely need to update their website to let People know

We stayed in a Family room which consisted of a small living room and 2 compact bedrooms. Though the rooms were small, it had everything we needed. It was comfortable We had made a request for a slightly early check in and the staff was very cooperative, had kept our room ready when we arrived. Room was peaceful and good. We enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit off from the train station but they have a shuttle which can drop you off at the station for local travels. They also had spare travel cards which we used at the train station to load money. All very helpful. Burger joints and eating places nearby It's a good option for a short stay

Friendly staff. Dining room was clean, inviting selection of food items for breakfast. Used dining room service- food well wrapped, tasty and the pumpkin soup was piping hot and delicious. I arrived early and the staff were able to provide early access to my room- I really appreciated this service. My room was small but comfortable, clean and inviting.

I use a walker and the sill at the door of my room was quite tall for me. The shower was very compact- I would have appreciated a shower bench, rail and hand held shower in the shower, but Ito be fair I had not looked for those options when booking.

Hands down the staff made our stay, I had accidentally booked the wrong day and instead of acting like I was an inconvenience they told me they could tell id had a long day and to give them a minute and they’d fix it for me. The parking is secure and the rooms super clean, it was perfect for our short stop before heading to the airport the next day. Location to the Melbourne airport is very handy as well!

Being able to access a powerpoint next to the bed to charge your phone would be handy but it isn’t a deal breaker.

Shuttle bus was very easy to arrange for the next morning at no extra cost. The room was quiet and the beds super comfy, we had a great sleep. Restaurant was great and very affordable, drinks were cheap and the menu had lots of options, we didn't need to go out for dinner or breakfast. The buffet breakfast was delicious. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, and throughout our meals, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests. It was the best decision to book here for the last night of our stay. Thank you.

a bit more space in the room

The hotel is located 10-15mins away from the airport with 24hr airport shuttle , just need to call the hotel whenever you are ready. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and it comes with complimentary private parking for hotel guests. I would recommend this place and will definitely come again after a late-night flight or overnight before an early morning flight. There are hungry Jack and red roosters and some restaurants within walking distance too !!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. From the moment I called reception from the airport to direct me to the shuttle bus, they were awesome 👍 The room was clean and functional and had everything I needed. I was really impressed with the buffet breakfast so kudos to all kitchen staff and thanks so much to the staff member who helped me with the coffee machine 😁 I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Oh and thankyou to the bus driver in the morning for giving me directions based on who I was flying with! Amazing service 👍

Absolutely everything from the check in, rooms, gardens, plus we were given a pamphlet on where to go and get a meal there was a least 20 Places to choose from. The staff were all so helpful, the Buffet breakfast was amazing worth the money, plenty of choices on offer. This place was great sadly we only got to stay one night. The shuttle bus was a bonus, I give this Place 100% plus rating and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

Nothing, for me it ticked all the boxes obviously a well looked after establishment where the staff take pride in their work. Well done everyone you all deserve a big congratulations.

The free shuttle was prompt, fast, and very convenient, only 15 minutes from the airport. All interactions online, on the phone, and in person were friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was perfect for our needs, but we because we only stayed overnight didn't have a chance to try the pool or the restaurant. The air-conditioning in all rooms was greatly appreciated.

The shower heads/rose wasn't easily adjusted and had lower water pressure but did the job.

I needed to be near the airport and chose the Quality Hotel because of the on demand free shuttle, but found so much more — wonderful staff, quiet rooms, a very comfortable bed, great shower pressure and heat, a cheap bar, and even a free shuttle to and from a sister hotel with a proper restaurant on a Sunday night. I chose the nearby Lebanese restaurant as I was tired. Can’t comment on breakfast as I skipped it.
