Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent range of food items for breakfast. Stayed in a a superior double which was spacious and on the garden side of the hotel so nice and quiet. About 5 mins walk to the Haupthbahnhof in one direction and 5 mins to Keplerplatz metro station in another..There was a sauna and gym but didn't use either so can't comment.

Always feels a bit "tight" when a hotel gives you a complementary bottle of water for one night when you are staying for four. If we had checked in and out each day we would have got 4 bottles and the bedding would have had to be changed 4 times..... Be great if the tv facilitated screen mirroring from mobile phones.

Almost everything was exceed than expectation. Room was very clean and useful for family trip! Especially, breakfast was one of best ever! It is hard to express my satisfaction. I want to say that "Just try~" You will never regret. It was great!!!

Unfortunately, air condition was not work properly, so it was hot during the night. Weather of outside was OK, so I tried to open window, but there was not screen for insects. reception staff was not that kind, but house keeper was so kind. I am also use bar at night, one of there server seems not trained, he keep coughing behind bar without covering. He coughing in front of on my draft beer, so I ordered bottle beer for next.

Staying here was a nice experience, our room was really clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and tried to find solutions to our complaints, which I really appreciated. We also used the sauna and the fitness room, everything was in perfect condition and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The parking fee is a little bit too pricey, 25 euro per day its too much (in my opinion), please take this aspect into consideration when booking a room.

Convenient to station. Good transport links to central Vienna. Nearby Bellevedere Palaces and gardens. Outside quiet “courtyard” garden.

Room was small for what we paid. When booking I was offered the room for £383 for 3 night but was actually charged £563. I have asked Booking.com to honour the offered price and am awaiting their response. At £363 it would be reasonably priced but at £563 the price is high for a smallish room.

The room was partitioned well. The internet was fast and reliable, and the shower was nice - I like that the bathroom was separate and not with the shower. The location is superb on the one hand it is close to the train station and one can go by foot and take VAL to the airport. Breakfast is rich with a variety of things I liked the omelets that were made for me. I enjoyed the gym. It's very nice to have a Gym, I used it primarily for Yoga. I wish there was a way to shut down the music - as nowadays everyone comes with its Bluetooth earbuds to the Gym it don't make sense to play music there.

The reception process was a bit tidy with the form filling. Somehow it was not receiving my info from booking.com as I hoped that it would be. I prefer to have everything set ahead. Sos maybe it is somehow my fault.

We just stayed for 1 night. The room was big enough and clean. I king bed and 1 sofa bed. We were 3 people and sofa was so big that 2 people comfortably could sleep on. We did not have breakfast as had to check out early in the morning. I really liked this hotel, as it was 5 min walking from Wien Hbf, market is on the next door. Wifi speed was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The location a bit far by walking to the center when there is a windy, but this is not related the hotel.

Very Modern Industrial look. The room was really comfortable, large walk-in shower, vanity table with mirror & balcony. The hotel also offers access to bikes you can check out for the day and come back to a hot sauna. Great looking gym and a full bar and restaurant. The staff was amazingly helpful and very nice. The hotel is 180m from the train station.

You do have to go about a mile to get to good restaurants and attractions, but the metro is right there and if you’re adventurous you can take bikes.

It was an incredible surprise to discover a spacious, impeccably clean, and free dry sauna of exceptional quality with a high temperature. I had the privilege of enjoying it on two separate occasions, and to my delight, I had the entire sauna to myself. Adjacent to the sauna, there is a cozy relaxation room where one can comfortably sit or recline. Moreover, outside the relaxation room, amidst lush greenery, there is a charming setup consisting of a table and a pair of chairs. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the Central train station. The staff members are genuinely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at both the reception desk (even during late hours) and the bar. During my visit to the bar, I ordered tea to take back to my room, and to my surprise, I received a tastefully presented teapot with a ceramic mug, along with a delightful and flavorsome tea. The hotel, as a whole, possesses a unique charm, evident in its meticulous attention to detail (such as the fully soundproofed restroom) and its intriguing history of inception. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Vienna.

The location is great for the main railway station, my husband and I are inter-railing around Europe. As soon as you come out of the station there are unmissable signs and it is an easy short walk. It is just a couple of underground stops from the museum quarter and all the coffee houses that we wanted to visit. The room was sparkling clean and had a great layout: toilet separate to huge sink/mirror and walk in shower. Can’t believe such a great room in such a good location is so reasonably priced - wow! They serve great coffee in the hotel cafe too!

Great location near Hauptbahnhof, friendly staff who helped with check in when I arrived very late after flight delays. Comfortable and well equipped room.

Only a small thin duvet. Air conditioning was very loud but easy to turn off. There is no cut off time listed for check in but if I’d arrived a few minutes later after 2am the systems wouldn’t have let me check in.
