The location is perfect in the old city center, ideal to explore the main attractions of La Rochelle and its surroundings. Easy access to the main train station and bus routes as well. The room itself is rather small but it's enough for a short stay and it includes all the equipment you need (good wifi, towels, shower gel, hairdryer, small table, hangers, good shower...). The hotel is located in a quiet street, windows have blackout curtains, ensuring good quality sleep. We met several members of staff, all very friendly, welcoming and helpful when it comes to practical information for tourists. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. We will happily stay there again.

Nothing critical. The room and bathroom are rather small, but it is to be expected in a city center and for this price range. It is perfectly convenient for a night or two.

while the room was small it was fine for a short stay, with a comfortable bed, good sheets, plenty of sockets (though well hidden so it took a little while to find them!) and a compact shower room with a hot and powerful water flow. It was also quuiet and a short walk from the centre of town.

Difficult to drive to the car park given the diving restrictions on non residents!

The staff was very nice except for the woman working at the reception (I think her name was Laure). She was not very friendly. Everyone else was super nice.

A great hotel in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy walk to museums etc. Excellent value for a night or two.

The rooms are a bit small with a very small bathroom and you have to climb up into the shower.

Very comfortable room. Great location and friendly staff. I had difficulty finding the sockets to charge my phone (my friend never did find his). They are under the headboard of the bed, near the down pointing lights. There is a sign but easy to miss. The bathroom might be a challenge for larger people as its quite tight getting in and out of the shower but it's the same at any ibis hotel i have stayed in.

Small and cosy hotel situated in easy reach of the city centre and surrounded by a good selection of bars / restaurants. Staff friendly, efficient and provided a good breakfast.
