The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was very clean. It had good access to the metro—about a 10-minute walk, maybe a little more.

The only downside was that it didn’t have any special views, and the surrounding area is a bit industrial, but honestly, that wasn’t a big issue for me.

I was at the last floor at 12 and you can easily open the window which is really large and offers a high risk for anybody to fall off.

Very convenient location if you come by car and don't want to drive around the city traffic. Enough parking space. Easy access from highway. Metro station nearby with lots of connections. Everything is as described - real 4 star hotel. Clean, neat, good food, friendly personell. Mr. Ramazan and all the front desk staff were very helpful with all our additional requests. It feels like they really care about their guests.

The rooms facing the highway are little bit noisy but the trains stop before midnight anyway and it is not a big deal. The view is better from this side, however. If you are a lite sleeper, you can pre-order a room facing the other direction. It is much quieter. Checked and confirmed.

Staff were super helpful, friendly and polite. Room are cleaned regularly. Breakfast is good. It is what you would expect from a four star hotel. We had a good time, thank you!

Generally everything good. Our curtain was broken but the staff tried their best to fix it.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The compliments were a big surprise and definitely made us feel special. Free internet and a safe box is a plus. The nearest shopping mall is just 10 minutes walk.

The view from 12 & 13 floors is amazing, but the windows could be cleaner. The shower head needs replacing as half of the water doesn't go through there.

Air-condition disconnects sometimes or not cooling and needs to be turned off then on again.
