I was arriving late and they communicated very well about how to access the building and the room. I then paid for my stay in the morning when the desk was open again. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were great and the cleaning staff were adorable! They folded my blanket in cute ways every day. I loved the electric opening curtains so I could lean over and wake up to sunshine every morning. Overall it was great.

When i first arrived it was late at night and they key took ages to register in order for me to have any lights on. When it did work, I figured out I had no tv or electric to the plugs. I had to reset the box in the room. But once I figured it out, it was fine. I also had to move the tea and coffee pot to the bedside table due to having no plug where it was originally. But i managed perfectly well.

Wonderful small hotel with freshly designed rooms and bathrooms; all very well thought out. We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning in the small restaurant next to the hotel ( they work together) and had dinner there too most evenings. Great Italian food in an Italian restaurant run by Italians. The location is not far from Valetta but with public transport it takes easily 40 minutes as busses don't always show up at the time published. Traffic is pretty chaotic so we decided not to drive ourselves. Valetta is amazing; we went back a couple of times for a walk and lunch.

The neighbourhood is ok; it is part of a residential area being developed so there are some building sites. Walking to St Julian is possible ( about half an hour) but is steep ( coming back)St Julian is a town in development with a waterfront which is small and not very inviting.

The best part was having been treated so well by all staff. The restaurant's manager (Fabio), and his waiters and waitresses will do everything they can to make your experience one of the best. They share every piece of information of the surroundings. The extra point goes to my incredible experience of meeting the hotel owner and his daughter by chance. Both Marc and Irina are so humble and supportive. I will definitely go back and repeat business. This has become my favourite choice for Valletta-Malta.

There's no one single bad or negative comment or experience during those 7 days from the last December 2024, from the 14th to 21st.

Everything was good with this property. This is a relatively new property. Beside all the amneties being as expected, the interaction with the stuff was great. First, even if not requested, they upgraded us for free to a 3 bed room as we had or kid with us. Also, they were super flexible and well equiped (electronic keys) for a very late checkin and super early checkout. The locations is like 1 km from Paceville & Saint Julians. At least for us this neighborhood was perfect as it's less busy, pretty authentic (small pastizzeria and a few cafes nearby) and, at least around the new year period it was free and easy parking everyday. The place is ideal if you have a car, not sure about other use cases. Thanks to the hosts for a good stay and will be back!

Nothing too dislike

I stayed here a week and it was perfect choice. Got the bus pass and traveled all over the Island easily. The TD 13 bus is your friend, so learn it well. Very new, very clean, very well designed, has a wow cool factor and I'm an engineer and not impressed much, very high tech room, everything including electric curtains controlled by a central control. Big room for Europe, great bathroom. Helpful staff. The restaurant is run by Fabio and his wife, who are wonderful. Had my best meal of a one month trip in Europe including two Michelin star restaurants. A fantastic mixture of fish, shellfish, olives in a perfect sauce. Wow. If you ask kindly, he might make it for you too. :-). Not sure it was on menu. The best restaurants are run by real people that understand good food and enjoy sharing it with others. Fabio does.

Nothing. It was a 15 minute walk from the high rises and the really overpacked tourist hotel center of the neighboring party tourist neighborhood. That would have been ok for a night or two but not for more. This hotel is in a residential neighborhood with real locals. A few markets and a major bus stop near. Good breakfast place up the hill 30 meters. Was perfect hotel for my one week stay. Would definitely go back.

Everything related to the accommodation. Nice staff, host offers daily room cleaning, Netflix on TV included in the offer, and the location is pretty good too - it's even well connected to the busses - bus stop just 5 minutes away, a couple of small shops in the same street, coffee shop at the ground level.

Some loud building sites nearby, nothing to do with the host, that's Malta for you. Perhaps sound proofing individual apartments could be better, but again, it's the same in most apartment buildings, again nothing to worry about.

Staff were super cheerful & friendly. Room was ready early and available when we arrived. Problems we faced with the water supply & air-con were promptly addressed. Good selection of restaurants in St. Julian's & St. Andrews's (on Triq Sant' Andrija) within 15-30mins on foot.

Water supply stopped on one night (was fixed promptly after we called to inform). Intermittent issues with lighting & aircon in one of the rooms at night (also promptly addressed when staff were informed the next day). Would have preferred to have our rooms closer together as requested while booking but got them in separate floors meaning that our young teenager had to be left alone in a separate floor.

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Location is okay, good bus connections. Breakfast is okay, many dessert options and everything was tasty

Certain lack of professionalism, cleaning staff didnt clean the balcony (even empty ashtray) without us asking for them to do it Cleaning staff also took one of our rented beach towels which was drying in tge bathroom. We did get a replacement from the front desk though Breakfast was at times quite chaotic, the staff seemed overworked/not organized. View from the room was that of a building site and theres not really anything interesting close to the hotel. We bought the 7day bus card for our trip and with that in mind the hotel was in a good position for bus connections (less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop)

The hotel is brand new, and the room is designed in a very modern style, featuring the latest technology. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was simply stunning, with white marble and a large window that filled the space with natural light.☀️ The terrace was equally impressive, boasting a jacuzzi that we enjoyed every single day while taking in the breathtaking sunsets. 🌇 The cleaning service was exceptional. We were never disturbed or even saw the housekeeping staff during our stay, yet every time we returned to our room, it was spotless. The staff went above and beyond to meet all our requests, for which we are truly grateful.🙏🏻 It's rare to find such friendly and accommodating service these days. 🔝HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🔝👌

New hotel - clean, friendly staff, close to public transport stops, very good wifi, modern. In house restaurant amazing food. Close to St. Julian around 15min walking. Good outside isolation, during the morning almost do not hear the constructions outside.

As it’s a new hotel some of the staff make rookie mistakes in their work. Little options for the included breakfast, wider choices are for extra charge. The in-house restaurant is into price side considering the location - But food quality is amazing. Price = quality food. In side isolation is a bit poor, can hear everything from the hallway. During the nights few mishaps with AC but later it was fixed.
