Clean, great location, comfortable beds, amazing views

We got locked out on the balcony and I rang reception who told me they would be there immediately it took nearly 1 hour for them to come and this was extremely scary as my girlfriend is diabetic, I had to shout across to an apartment in a different complex only then did they come, very confusing as when I mentioned we had been waiting nearly an hour reception has said they had never even spoke to me and git quite agitated at me bieng frustratedwith the time it had took . Very strange but beautiful views 😍

Lovely staff. We mainly communicated with David from the reception. He was absolutely amazing and helpful as well. The cleaner lady Dani I think was her name also was lovely and made sure we've got what we needed. The location is superb, central of St. Julians, everything you need was on the doorstep.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy

It’s not the cleanest but definitely not horrible as other reviews suggest. Would need a big of a deeper cleaning and the decor is a bit outdated

The location was fantastic. Close enough to St Julian's without being on the main road. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely & clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here, would book again! It was quiet which is great as it was not directly on the main road/beside noisy pub & we all slept great each night. Very ideal location.

My second stay in the hotel, and I will definitely stay again if the price keeps being right. Great views, very polite and professional receptionist, clean. Perfect location, open 24/7. Quiet, given the St. Julian's/Paceville area - I didn't expect miracles, but I slept very well every night. Great shower, warm water. A pleasant stay.

No dealbreakers, everything else was good. Bedroom and bathroom lightning was bad - just a few flickering LEDs, definitely too weak for reading or fast movements. The room service is too hasty to throw away things - they removed my headache pills and vitamins from the desk on the first day of cleanup - these things can't happen. Stained bedsheets with a cigarette hole that should've been trashed long ago.

Thr staff was extremely kind. There was cleaning every other day. We asked for things, cutlery platós and they gave everything. It was át a very good place. I would definetely return

Didn’t find breakfast. Tv channels very limited English speaking. Good curry in restaurant. Pool area was still closed. Access to hotel sometimes awkward with building works in street being carried out.

More English language channels on tv, or radio stations.

The room was really big,and spacious.The bathroom was ok,and the man an the reception was soo kind!!!! He is amazing.

We didnt like the pool.Its dirty and old and the man who works there is not kind.He asked us where do we live(country) and based on that he gave us the seats?!He didnt give the places in the shade to anyone who asked.We had sone noise in the room,and it was very hard to sleep because of it.The floors were very dirty,we couldnt walk barefoot. Also he said that we can only stay untill 13:30 at the pool because of the private party.Aircondition was weak We are the guests of the hotel and I dont see why did they rent the pool to someone outside.So we didnt like the pool at all.
