We came over from another hotel, which was terrible. After I booked here, Suresh at reception was very helpful, from the first minute we knew that our horror holiday had turned into a dream holiday. The room was amazingly beautiful, the view was amazing. The pool was excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Thank you for this experience, and to Suresh we are very grateful for his prompt and professional service.

The hotel is very new and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood

Location is spot-on: both Casino Malta and Portomaso Casino are just a 10-minute walk away, so you’re all-in on convenience before you even unpack. Rooms are set up for both short stacks and long hauls: coffee to keep you sharp, a TV for post-game chill, a safebox to stash your winnings, and even a hair dryer to keep you looking your best. Bathrooms are stacked with everything you need — no bad beats there! Now, breakfast is served just across the street at Argento Hotel, and they've got a spread that’s a royal flush: cold cuts, fresh fruits, hot items, fried and poached eggs, omelets, waffles, pancakes, plus a sweet corner with pastries and juices. Just the boost you need before a day at the tables! Back at Quadro, don’t miss the mini pool on the 10th floor. With panoramic views and only 10 sunbeds, it’s VIP-only vibes while you take in the scenery between games.

Great, central location within walking distance to all the amenities in St.Julian’s and beyond. Very spacious rooms with large en-suite bathrooms.

Very noisy outside my room (on the 5th floor) by construction work going on early in the morning, suppose this can’t be helped by the hotel.

The breakfast other than the coffee machine was absolutely exceptional, everything you could want. We loved the option of being able to go to two different pools if we wanted to. The rooms and hotel in general was incredibly clean. Staff are really friendly and polite. The location is brilliant, lots of clubs are restaurants around as well as a very close bus stop. The hotel is very quiet and we had the roof pool to ourselves most days

There was no one to greet us when we arrived. We were wandering around the hotel looking for someone to help us check in for around 10 mins. We had issues with our shower drain being completely blocked and kept flooding our floor, which we had to flag 4 days in a row and they still didn’t sort it. In the end we noticed that they just turned the power of our shower down rather than fixing the issue of the blocked drain which was really disappointing. We booked a twin room, the beds were pushed together so we pushed them apart as we were on holiday as friends, and every day the cleaner decided to push them apart again which was frustrating. The air conditioning during the day won’t allow you to put it on cold mode so it it sweltering in the rooms during the daytime.

The hotel in general is quite new and modern. Our room is clean daily. Friendly staff. They gave us the best room with the best view of the bay. The room 804 is massive and has two balconies. Great location. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets around the area. Although the hotel is close to the party area but it is not very loud. I definetely recommend this hotel !

The only minor issues are the gym which is very small and none of the machines are working. The gym is also located in the sister hotel across the street. The pool is very small and dirty but with a fantastic view.

They served our request for an early check in, even though we had to insist on it. We had the extra coffee capsules we asked for. We had daily new set of towels. The location is very convenient.

We had to carry on our own our luggages and find the luggage room. In the room there wasn't even a bottle of water as a welcome amenity. There weren't slippers, that was strange for a hotel in this category, also the floor wasn't cleaned enough to walk in naked feet. The air-condition was central managed ,so the most of the day the room was hot.

We loved our stay here, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were really spacious and the bathroom was really nice. We had a small balcony which we loved. The rooftop pool is lovely and you can use the neighbouring hotel rooftop aswell which has a bar. The staff were really friendly and we got an early check in which was really appreciated. They offer beach towels aswell which is handy. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. Location is right in the heart of st Julian’s.

The cleaners come to clean the room at 8:30 in the morning which I think is quite early, especially if you’ve been out the night before.

Cold water in the pool Balcony super small

Location was great, though a little bit too noisy at night; be it the pumps/AC units of surrounding buildings or the noisy tourists returning from nights out. Very close to everything, shops, bars, restaurants, the highway, bus stops. Perfect for daytime activities. Pool has a really nice view, I've spent some really nice sunsets at the roof pool. The breakfast was really tasty and the offer was amazing. Loved the variety and quality of ingredients.

Unfortunately, our room was facing east so as soon as the sun was out in the morning, the room would get really hot, forcing us to close all curtains and windows and use the air conditioning instead. The unfortunate thing about that is that the AC vent is facing directly the part of the bed where your head rests, so it gets uncomfortable having cold air blowing at your face while trying to sleep. Also, the bathrooms are really lovely, but they are not very well ventilated, trapping the humidity after a shower. And the door is a sliding one, which eliminates some of the privacy needed when on the toilet. Coffee machine at breakfast was not much to my liking either, barely resembeled coffee or tasted like it so had to skip it in the hotel.
