I stayed here for 6 nights and overall had a great experience. The hotel is very good and the staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that they allowed me to check in early without me even requesting it — they noticed I was arriving ahead of schedule and accommodated me right away, which was amazing. My room was comfortable and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and good quality, but the selection was exactly the same every day — after 5 days it felt repetitive. The pool and gym are both small, but perfectly fine for a quick swim or workout. Location-wise, St. Julian’s is convenient for exploring Malta, but it’s worth noting that this area is popular with young partygoers. At night, the surrounding streets can be noisy, dirty, and sometimes smell of urine — of course, this is not the hotel’s fault, but something I wish I had known before booking.

Inside the hotel, the walls are quite thin, so you can sometimes hear other guests in the corridor or if they play loud music. As the area attracts many young visitors, this can mean being woken up late at night or early in the morning when people return from parties. There were also a couple of small downsides in my room: occasionally (about 5 times during my stay) there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the towels had a slightly bad odour, as if washed together with other laundry. All these points are relatively minor, but they do explain why I’m rating it 9/10 instead of a perfect score. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 10/10 stay — as everything else, especially the service, was excellent.

We liked everything :) - the bed was very comfortable; we enjoyed the Nesspresso coffee machine and the little cute cups :) - the shower facility was great; we appreciated the quality of the shower gel &soap - we enjoyed breakfast: from omelette, cheese, ham, to sausages and beans, fruits, pastry, yogurt, butter, juice, milk and coffee - the staff was very welcoming, so kind and nice, very respectful and polite - the towels were changed daily; - we liked the pool on the rooftop; you can enjoy the afternoons there (it's small and intimate)

Maybe the view from the room, because there is some construction site in front of the hotel.

The cleanliness, location, friendly staff, very close to various restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, swimming spots and public transport. I stayed in the junior suite, it was spacious, clean, with 2 big bathrooms, towels were changed regularly, at night it was quiet and staff was very helpful. I would especially like to thank Larkin and Vanesa. Taking the cab from the hotel to various locations was also very convenient. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Clean rooms and balcony

The room was beautiful, specious and well lit. The bathroom was big and everything was well cleaned daily. The breakfast was until 10:30 which is great when you’re on holiday, it offered many options and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff was so helpful and many spoke Italian as well. It’s in the centre of san Julian so you can get pretty much anywhere and eat around the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was pretty chilly and windy.

On the first day the hot water “run out” while showering, not sure what happened but then it was fine!

The staff working there was incredibly helpful and very kind.

The location was okay, the hotel could’ve a better insulation. You hear almost everything at night. Also, something that surprised me was the fee for a pet. I informed the hotel before that I will come with a cat and they replied politely that they are happy to welcome us both. No fees were mentioned. On spot I had to pay 25€ per night for the pet. It’s okay but it would be nicer to inform that in advance.

Hotel was beautiful and so was our room. Each room has a balcony, which is great. Everything was clean, we were provided with enough coffee capsules, the pool was amazing and the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful! I would absolutely reccommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel in a very good location Exceptionally clean and well run with incredible staff and customer service! Breakfast was very good and well maintained. Fresh fruit and cereals along with a very nice cooked offering. Thank you Abelmy and Arancha; the two of you made the difference!

The room has been nicely renovated. Close to a bus stop. Friendly staff.

It is not suitable for a longer stay as the room was not equipped with a cupboard with shelves. Breakfast was average with limited options.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and I especially liked the coffee maker in the room. Very good value for money!

Although breakfast was great and always fresh, it could have had more variety, but that's just me nitpicking. Overall a great experience
