Lumpy pillows. Overpriced on booking.com as booking directly with the hotel would have been significantly cheaper .

The location is perfect, the interior design is modern, the breakfast (including the view from the restaurant) is awesome.

The pool area: 10 EUR cash deposit is required, you cannot use the towels belonging to your room but they will give you their special ones. Finally, they will charge you 2 EUR for washing those towels and this is not communicated well enough,

The view from my room was perfect (upgraded room). The rooftop bar and pool area was outstanding - really a great part of the stay. The staff was very nice and are VERY quick at cleaning off dishes on tables (make sure you leave something that shows you are not done 😉). The location is also amazing - restaurants, stores, and bars nearby. It is located on a main road with a small beach area right across the road.

The buffet breakfast was good, but just a little lacking to put it at a main draw to this hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated and starting to show wear. TV was also a bit small for the location from bed. There was a luggage room, but I didn't understand how everyone got the code to the door - instead of being handed baggage tags and staff opening the door to hand bags to patrons.

Excellent location right across the road from a great swimming spot off a small pier/jetty. Rooms were kept clean and air conditioning was very effective.

Breakfasts were just okay and our standard room with sea view didn’t have a fridge as standard! Could hire a fridge by the day but this should really be included in the price of the room in my opinion. Having said all that, I would certainly stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Only one EU type power plug inside. Location is ok if you want to walk around the Balluta bay, everything else is a bit far (cca 2 km) or unfriendly for pedestrians (underground tunnel to Sliema, no pedestrian zones at streets). Breakfast is good, but they are removing the coffee machine first (just when 10 AM pass).

Staff at reception desk is not to keen to talk or greet you when you go out or coming back. Also when I asked at arrival (midnight), are they sure that we got the room we requested (Superior Double with sea view), they told me "if there is a problem you will solve it in the morning".

Lots to like; the buffet breakfast with a view of the sea was outstanding; many selections at breakfast to satisfy everyone and the hours were good whether you needed it early or late; sundeck on top of the hotel with rooftop pool (Note - not open 12 months of the year so ask depending on when you are going); staff fluent english; baggage storage with a combination operated door for added security; excellent location in Sliema; the room itself - excellent closet space - plastic seat for shower if required; shaving mirror; comfy bed; there is an interior window where "fresh air" can be allowed in via the shaft but sadly debatable how fresh it was and honestly it was just guest noise coming in; despite it being an interior room, the room itself was a decent size

Most of this is on me, but here when they say you have an interior room, that means no window; I could not figure out the heating-cooling situation - the room was basically very warm all the time and yes I should have called down but I was flummoxed that I could not figure it out by myself. I was stubborn that this should be simpler than it was and it wasn't :) the final complaint is just kids who were possibly in their first ever hotel experience to the point that my door was knocked on because they lost all concept of floors, time and space - lol

Bathroom tiny, and door did not close, hairdryer terrible., Floor throughout room was dirty, wardrobe was useless for hanging dresses, fridge empty and did not even contain a bottle of water ( essential for late arrival)

We got a welcome pack at the check-in with recommendations on which places to visit, I love that 🙂 The location is great, just across the sea promenade and we had a beautiful sea view room 🙂 A bus station is next to the hotel and a direct line to the airport and Valletta (the capital). The room was clean, very spacious and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice for everyone.

Best possible position for accommodation in Malta. The breakfast is rich and complete. The common areas (rooftop pool, dining room, reception) are modern, welcoming and with a breathtaking view.

Excellent location right between Sliema and at.Julian’s so gives you both options! Air conditioning throughout was fabulous and all hotel was spotless. Towels and room cleaned everyday - compliments to the cleaning staff who were also very friendly! Special thank you to lovely friendly smiley receptionist who was on during the day during our stay who was exceptional and very accommodating ( sorry didn’t get your name) and also the pool bar man who made lovely cocktails! Pool itself was exceptionally clean

Pool terrace area was a little on the small side For the amount of people the hotel caters for!
