Location Anita at the reception is perfect in dealing … she is the reason that I gave good scoring for the hotel

I was given a room without a fridge or telephone so I had to go down each time wanted talk to the reception .. I tried to change the room or get me a fridge but the gentleman refused and offered me to keep my food in the fridge of the reception … on my next morning tried with reception to find me a fridge for my room and ANITA told me in 30 minutes will provide me one in my room and she did … as well I wanted a chair for my small side balcony and she did .. thanks to Anita as she let me enjoy my stay in malta 😘

The location was good. There is a small grocery store under the hotel. There is even a bus stop just under the hotel. The sea view was nice. The guy in the reception (Daniel) was so nice and helpful.

The toilet seat was placed so close to the sink that it made its use inconvenient. For those who like to sleep in total darknes the curtains can be a problem since light comes around them.

Breakfast was awful, we looked at it and the sausages had white marks all over them like they had gone off, bacon wasn't even cooked. Not much other choice. Although there isn't a pool listed in the facilities, how the picture is taken kind of indicates the pool is part of a hotel resort. In reality it's a pool used for water polo by an external company on the other side of a main road, and the hotel is much smaller with narrow heigh restrictions on the stairs

it was the perfect location, perfectly in the center of all the best food, drinks and beaches along with a gorgeous beach just out the front door. the workers were very friendly and helpful. very cosy hotel with a big bed, good TV channels and clean facilities. really recommend for couples who like to go for a walk as its the perfect place especially with a local ice cream shop open until 1.30am.

i thorough enjoyed my stay the only thing i didnt like was the room was on the third floor but the equivalent of the first floor in how it turned out so it was very loud at night while people were heading out

very small shower , i have 100kg and had hard time entering in as space between glass doors is to small. Also kept hiting the shower hadle while washing head with shampoo and water temerature then changes out of control

This was my first time ever to sleep in a single bed. I think there was a mistake maybe on my part during the booking. I wanted to cancel my stay but the manager was such a kind person she did everything to make a solution for me. Very professional and human. The staff at the front desk were amazing, I wish I stayed more than just a week. Definitely if I go back I will stay at the same hotel, clean, safe, and the view from my bedroom was breathtaking. I had a great time there!

The hotel is in St julians/Ballutta Bay less than 10mins walking to paceville and sliema (a possibility to swim in less than 1min) and plenty of good Restaurants next to it (my suggestion: Boconccino). The rooms are quiet new, stylish, awesome view, WiFi is awesome and most of the staff are super kind, especially Plamena, the Manager. We stood a long time in the hotel and tried several rooms, all of them were nice. As mentioned before, anything you need is close to the hotel

I liked the air conditioning, the amenities in the hotel, and the location. It was easy to find the bus and to reach the hotel from the airport (X1 to Miller, a 20-minute walk). Housekeeping was fantastic at this hotel, and the bed was super comfy. The reception staff were excellent; even when I had a problem with the safe, maintenance immediately came.

A mini fridge in the room, re-positioning of the shower tap as it made the shower difficult to use, and clear directions to use the sink tap. Hot was left to right, and cold was right to left, but it was displayed the other way around on the tap, so it was confusing. The shower was very small, and the bathroom didn't have an air vent for distributing the warm/hot air out after shower use.

This is my go to hotel in Malta St Julian’s bay is in a great location and all the attractions are a bus ride away plenty of well priced and great tasting restaurants within walking distance. Pleasant if somewhat small beach but the water was clean and it was busy without being too crowded I find the staff at this hotel exceptional in their appearance and professionalism and they will go out of their way to help you. I consider them friends Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold foods and the rooms are comfy and clean Would always recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. A central point for places like Sliema, Paceville and Portomaso. Also just a short drive from Mdina and Rabat. The scenery around was perfect, Balluta bay was perfect for an afternoon swim after exploring all day!

The only thing we would say is that there was a few noisy, drunken guests waking us up in the early hours of the morning. However, this has nothing to do with the property itself- just maybe not ideal for families with young children.
