The room was great and the bed was massive! Breakfast buffet was great too, loads of variety to choose from. The little harbour next to the swimming pool area was defo a good one! Water was crystal clear!

The lifts were extremely slow and took ages to get from one floor to another, we were on the 5th floor and it was a whole trip to get up and down. Also our room's thingy on the door kept breaking and leaving us locked out of the room.

Great location, right by the sea with a view of the entire Spinola Bay. Very clean hotel, very good breakfast and hotel bar. The swimming pool is small and not chlorinated. Happy hour at the bar for an hour. The proximity to various shops and bars is a plus.

We tried to change the check out time because our flight was very late. We were refused without any alternative. No option was offered, not even luggage storage. It was 36 degrees that day. So we were left without accommodation for 8 long hours. I think the hotel could have done better.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern design and a comfortable bed. I had a sea-view room, and the view of the bay was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The balcony was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was also clean, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, sausages, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, and even Maltese specialties. The coffee was great, and I particularly enjoyed sitting by the large windows overlooking the marina while having my breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants, bars, and public transport options, making it easy to explore Valletta, Mdina, and other nearby attractions.

Well located over Balluta Bay, close to bus routes and direct bus T2 to airport about 12 mins. Breakfast was more than excellent and provided for every taste bud. All staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we needed them.

Lifts were slow and lights to show what floor you were not working.

Central location, rooms very quiet and bed large and comfy. Great pool and bar facilities, close to the sea. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

The rooms lacked the comforts of an upgraded room, which we had paid for. It was larger, with a larger balcony, but the room had no extra furniture. Making it a large empty room. The room lighting was of poor quality. The exterior light turned off at 2330 making us unable to sit outside and socialise. There was no mini bar and the bathroom door didn’t open nor did the balcony sliding door lock.

Getting to stage needs some improvements in the rooms , basics like fittings need sorting and towels need renewed

Nice hotel, good location, Clean and tidy. Fresh pool towels available everyday and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good, wide range of cooked foods and pastries.

Only gripe was the showers we had 2 rooms and both showers came with a choice of burn your own skin off or freeze no happy medium. Bonus of this was made the teenage girls hurry up to get out and not faff beautifying themselves!

When reporting a problem, would have been nice if it was fixed. Stayed a week reported problem 5 days in a row, then gave up.😪

The view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Comfortable rooms and it was good to have access to an indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

The lifts were unreliable and at one point we waited for over ten minutes for the lift to our room. I think for the number of rooms in the hotel a better more reliable lift service is needed.
