The location is amazing !! The upstairs suite was great, also with an incredible view. Best beach on the island and the hotel is right there. All the staff are incredible, helpful in every way, especially Alexander, who takes a great deal of pride in telling you about all the things the island has to offer. The breakfast and all the other meals and drinks were great and very reasonably priced. We stayed on the beach and in the beautiful pristine ocean water everyday. Perfect vacation.

This is not something we didn't like. We knew about these things before and therefore embraced them, but it's something guests should know beforehand. 1) The beach is public and therefore can get quite busy at times. We actually enjoyed this aspect as it added life and local flavor to the beach. 2) The hotel is attached to Guru Beach Club which plays music all day and gets quite lively in the afternoons with either a DJ or live bands. They usually stop around 7pm at the latest so it doesn't go on all night. Like I said, we embraced this and were able to get a beach bed far away from the music when we chose to do so.

This hotel with beach club (Guru) is simply outstanding! We stayed here for a week in late August 2024 and it is on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres. The staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and deliver 5 Star service at the bar/restaurant, beach club and hotel. The hotel rooms are gorgeous and have zen-like decor. Very inviting, comfortable and impeccably clean! The manager, Alexander, and the assistant manager, Ulysses, are so helpful with recommendations, are very friendly and are there to meet your every need. The atmosphere around the pool and beach club rivals clubs we have visited in the Mediterranean and it has a wonderful chill vibe. The music, the food, the drinks, the service and the beautiful sea make this resort so special! We travel frequently to many destinations near and far and to put it bluntly, we've fallen in love with this place and can't wait to return!

Wish we could have stayed longer than a week!

How close to the beach and the strip in Playa Norte. Each room has a designated Chakra color. The staff, especially Alexander and Karen, went above and beyond with recommendations, accommodations, and flexibility. The entire staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciated the details Alexander put to make my birthday special. We also did thenRomantic Dinner. The food was AMAZING, with a beautiful view, and impeccable service. Please don't over think it. Book here! You won't regret it and you'll definitely feel relaxed.

The staff were wonderful! They went out of their way to make any and all accommodations. The front desk staff helped book our whale shark snorkel excursion, scuba diving session, and gave outstanding recommendations for restaurants and activities around the island. They also arranged for our taxi from the ferry dock to the airport. The resort location is located in the best spot on the whole island. It is right on the north beach and has amazing snorkeling right off the beach. It was a small adults only boutique hotel which was exactly what we were looking for.

The bed was very firm, but not uncomfortable.

Only 6 rooms in hotel made you feel you had the whole place to yourself. While people do come to hotel to use beach club, they don't arrive until afternoon and gone by 6ish. The staff is amazing!!! Dave and Ingrid went out of their way to make everything perfect and made sure we wanted for nothing. David the night manager reached out before we arrive to give me a ferry schedule, asked he could arrange anything for me.. really wonderful service. Ingrid arranged our golf cart arrival and took care of everything for us. Great service!! Love it's adults only! The hotel is small and intimate which is exactly what we like .. not big crowds. The drinks and food were really good. I can honestly not find a fault with this hotel. The rooms are quant and individual. Not too fancy but that is the charm. Rooms have patio with chairs and plunge pool. Rooms are a good size with excellent coffee maker! It was great! Bottom line we are 53 and 68 and don't want a huge party hotel .. loved the privacy after beach club time was over and if we wanted more action we walked down the beach to other beach clubs to bar hop. You can not beat this hotels location at mostly north tip of Island!!! I loved that the hotel across the way created this shallow warm lagoon and the water was warm and up to your chests at the deepest. We already book a return trip in March before we left!

I had a bad experience during my travel to arrive at the hotel, but from the moment I entered the hotel all stress disappeared. Alexander, Juan and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and pampered. The rooms are beautiful and clean, location on the beach is perfect, swimming pool is very clean, food and drinks are amazing and the tips I received for trips around the island were all perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay

The hotel was gorgeous, stylish and organic. The food was exceptional. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I loved celebrating my 50th birthday at this special gem!

I loved my stay here. What would have been even more awesome is if the service at the beach was open later past 5pm and for the room service to be available later than 7pm.

Beautiful property on our favorite piece of the beach. The service is fantastic. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They took excellent care of us. The attached Guru Beach Club is very nice. Good fish tacos and margaritas.

The toilet/shower area in the room is small. For such a nice hotel I would expect a larger toilet area.
