I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. In the evening, the hotel bar was open, offering drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious; however, the soundproofing could be improved as I could hear noise from the neighboring room. The location is fantastic, especially if you plan to visit the Bijlmer Arena area. The hotel is right in front of a train and bus station, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of dining options, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby, and it’s just a 15-minute metro ride to the city center.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was disappointing. The selection was very simple and limited, so it might be better to explore one of the nearby cafés for breakfast instead

Room was ideal as I requested a view of the Football stadium for my Grandson which was given. The Location was terrific, plenty to see and do without staying in the middle of City, The transport links to the city were also exceptional and within easy reach of hotel. Breakfast was great and enjoyable

Nothing- this was a really pleasant stay, will be using this hotel in the future.

Cool place, near a Metro and Train station, near food store anb etc.

A bit dirty room on the wall nothing critical but.. For 300eur per night could be better.

Clean, safe and lovely staff, location was perfect for getting around with the metro being a 2 min walk to the platform and it was so cheap to travel about on the metro about €3 a day. Breakfast was fine nothing exciting but better than the choices at the UK Hamptons

Location right next to the train station with shopping area and cenima within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable.

Got very busy over the weekend and at breakfast time was very congested, the staff managed it well.

1.Hearty, scrumptious breakfast. 2.Love the motivational quotes written on most walls of the hotel. 3.Hotel location is very strategic, close proximity to the train station, malls, shops and supermarkets and eateries.

1. The rooms were not able to be connected as the door was faulty the first day and could be rectified only the next day, causing much inconvenient for my family with young children. 2. The phones were not working in the rooms so communication with the reception is disrupted. Guests must go physically down to the receptionist counter @ the lobby for any queries. 3. No mini refrigerator. 4. It would be great to have a wash/dry automated machine with minimal fees @ each common level or a laundromat service in the hotel.

Great breakfast , all was tasty , clean rooms , great location

We came to Amsterdam for the Ajax Football camp which took place next to the ArenA, so we were looking for a hotel in a walking distance. It was important for me to have a good sleep, have a good breakfast, and to have a gym. The hotel was providing all of them, in a great way! The room was not small, so we could find places to keep our 5-days' stuff easily. The breakfast had everything I needed - protein (poached eggs, scrambled), fibers (fruits, vegetables), carbs (granola, bread) and everything kids like too (pancakes, cereals, croissant) and also hot breakfast too with beans sausages etc. The gym has a multi trainer, dumbbells, bench and cardio machines. Enough for you to train. The staff's friendliness is also good to mention - they are all smiling and ask how are you and if they can help. One exceptional was Libertad from the reception staff.

In fairness, for the price I paid i can't find any flaws. Of course a Nespresso machine in the room could have been nice, also a mini fridge ,and a better quality toilet paper; the gym could have more machines and the breakfast could have more variety - but I cared more about the location and the budget rather than a fancy hotel.

It was hard not to like this hotel. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was next door to the metro, so it was not too hard to get to the central station. Once you were in central Amsterdam, you had to do all the things planned as it was too far to come back for a rest. The rooms were good, lifts efficient, and if you didn't want room service, you got a voucher for a free drink each at the bar instead. There are numerous nearby fast food outlets and a supermarket. The only thing that didn't seem to make any difference was the air conditioning temp control, which appeared to have no effect on the room temperature?

There's not much to dislike!

The location was great since we were there for a concert. Breakfast was really good too and the double rooms were very spacious.

We booked 2 rooms for the family. One of our rooms had a connecting door to another guest's room. They could have given us the adjacent room instead, but for some reason, they didn't. During the night, we could hear other guests in the corridor and their own rooms. Would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room. Just a thought, but there were many guests attending the Stray Kids concert. The hotel could have had a nice sign in the reception to welcome the fans or something else. Missed opportunity, I would say.
