This is an older style hotel, but rooms are spacious and the facilities are good. The bar is excellent and serves nice meals. All the staff at this property were helpful, courteous and very professional. You can tell that Hilton has a proper training program and recognizes the value of good customer service. From the front desk staff through the bar and restaurants, everyone was polite, happy and helpful. This should be a given for an international hotel chain, but unfortunately my experiences at some properties tell me otherwise. I would definitely stay here again

Parking is a bit expensive, but I guess this is Amsterdam and maybe we should have got bicycles (bit cold for us, though)

The hotel is nice, the location is good, the staff are friendly and professional.

The whole stay felt a bit of a "money grab". The Hilton charged us for parking in their own car park that is part of the hotel and is located directly outside the hotel. The cost for this was 50Euros PER DAY! So for a 2 night stay it was 150euros. The Hilton should not advertise that they have a car park in their amenities/facilities, as essentially they do not, and charging 50euros seems extremely expensive and they do not mention this at the time of booking. They also charged us 100euro deposits for each room and later an extra deposit was taken, because we used the bar. Expect to be paying more than advertised!

-amazing and comfortable rooms -excellent shower pressure -proper gym with everything you need -easy check-in and very friendly staff -very good breakfast with some table service for eggs, coffee and juice which is nice -location is good but could be better. We picked it for the access to secure parking but naturally this means the hotel is slightly outside the centre (10min walk to museums, 25min to Jordaan and 40min from De Wallen). -rooftop lounge access was a nice plus -direct bus from the airport also -high speed internet

-parking is 55€ a day which is extortionate -location slightly off the city centre but really nice neighborhood

Super clean, very comfortable - just what you come to expect from the Hilton brand.

The coffee shop was closed and the retail shop shuts at 10.45am - we would have liked to explore both. We only found the amazing bar area on our last day - it would be good to be told all about it and maybe even a 5 min orientation on arrival. We would have definitely used the bar! Location wise it is quite a stretch to walk into the city - we did it once, walking from Central Station to the hotel and I took well over an hour.

The staff went over and above to make my girlfriends birthday special at every chance. They really emphasised the Hilton standards and showed outstanding customer service by going above and beyond. I am really happy with how we were looked after and will always stay with Hilton when possible now as it feels like they will do anything to look after you and make you feel at home.

The only thing you could possible mark the property down on is it doesn’t have a pool. Other than this outstanding, clean, modern and relaxing homely decor.

We loved the rooms and the breakfast was very tasty. We had a situation in our room where there was a major leak coming from the floor above and staff dealt with it immediately and moved us to another room, while also giving us our room service on the night of our arrival for free, as compensation. We thought their service was absolutely amazing and would stay again just for that reason!

The location was a bit out of the way, but the positive side of that was that it was very quiet at night, which was great.

Lovely garden right next to the canal. Service extends to the lawns, too . Connecting rooms were very convenient. Rooms are comfy and cosy. The hotel is a short walk away from Vondelpark and the tram runs nearby too

Great Hotel from the lovely 1950’s Lounge music that you hear when entering the lobby. To the friendly and very helpful staff! And the lounge was also amazing with a great fireplace and super delicious fresh drinks and bites and nibbles! Then there is the room which is just divine! Great soft pillows , very good amenities! The breakfast exceeded our expectations again with great care everything was done , it really felt like I was in America in a super luxurious hotel. Because normally this kind of service and hospitality is not so common in dutch hotels! 10 out of 10 rating!

Everything was great no remarks!

The room was clean and it had a superb view of the town. We loved the location, we had easy access to appollan street which was dreamy and great for walking. I loved the gym which was well equipped and clean.

I didn't appreciate The fact that the hotel charged a lot for every bottle of water served to our room. If you choose this hotel, make sure to get plenty of water for your daily needs otherwise it's not worth it at all.

Clean, bike rentals, and friendly staff

The location isn’t close is somehow 15 mins walk away from cafes/restaurants. An elevator broke down causing queues, staff refused to allow us use stairs despite room being in floor 1. TV lacks smart functionalities (no casting, YT, etc)
