Location is great for a family. It's outside the city centre but easy to access by public transport or bike. The train to airport is about 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is very safe and relaxing. It is not residential and not touristy. The breakfast was fairly good with enough food and decent coffee. The room was very comfortable with an unusual design. Water and other snacks drinks always available in reception which was a nice touch.
The parking was very expensive (even with the discount) so we used Interparking nearby. There is no area to drive and unload bags. It felt like I was making a delivery when I was actually coming to stay at a pricey hotel. The staff are available and helpful but weren't very welcoming.

The location is extremely convenient and easy to find, especially for those travelling by public transport. The room is clean and bed is lbig and comfy, having plugs and place to put small essential items on both sides of the bed is nice too, is was kinda unusual to have the key card slot for lights by the bed instead of by the door but it was okay. There are more spaces for luggage and cloth hanging than originally thought. Large shower space too.
I was travelling with friend and didn't mind sharing a bed so booked a one-bed room but still we'd appreciate more privacy in the shower, as the bathroom door was non-closable, we have to block it to prevent it from swinging open by itself constantly. The bathroom clearly insinuate the room is suited for couples.

The free coffee and tea were a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and open and the location is great, close to all methods of transportation (10 min to airport or 10-15 to center). I recommend this location for a couples/solo travelers.
We had to change the room after the first night, because the one we were booked had no hot water. I found our they were changing the boilers. We would've appreciated if we found that out before checking in, so we could have been booked to a room that didn't had this problem. On a side note, the staff was very helpful on that matter and provided us with a similar room.

Good Stay with Friendly Staff and Convenient Location I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Their kindness and professionalism were definitely a highlight of my stay. The location is another strong point—being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the nearby café, which was a nice spot for a morning coffee or a quick snack. While my stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. However, overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. It wasn’t as well-maintained as I expected, which affected my overall experience.

Me and my husband moved to Amsterdam as expats and until we found our apartment we were at the Qbic literally for a month. Place was super close to my office and was comfortable. More than everything the team there were super helpful. When we moved in, we didn't expect to stay at the hotel for a month so the original booking were just for a week . And then I had to keep extending the stay and I have to give special thanks to Sanaa who was always super accommodative in finding not only room availability for me but the most value for money option given the duration of my stay there. By the time we left, the place really felt like 2nd home and the team was like family

The staff were really lovely and helpful, especially with regard to my delayed luggage. I was working in an office nearby, so it was very conveniently located. But it was also easy to get to other parts of the city in the evening. The bed was comfortable, and the Internet worked well.
The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to see a bit more variety from day to day. I also had a minor issue with the sink not draining well, which I raised but which wasn't corrected during my stay. (Not a big problem, and the pluses far exceeded any minuses--would definitely return here if coming for work again).

The staff at the front desk of this hotel will make up for any shortcomings associated with the room itself. Knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help with any issues including help with public transportation around the city. The breakfast buffet was good the quality of the products was great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of elevators. Again I cannot reiterate how nice the staff was. The location was right next to a train station so it was easy to get around and come back. The area around the hotel was super nice, chill and friendly.
The view from the room was the inside of the WTC therefore it was a bunch of offices with very little to no sunlight, the room itself was kept to the bare essentials (safe was strewn on the ground), whereas the design seemed to have been made by someone who was at an entry level in the architectural field. The temperature of the room could not pass the 24 deg Celsius. Cleaning was kept to a minimum.

I can highly recommend this hotel. Location next to the Zuid Station gave us an easy access to the city centre. The room was big enough and had all the facilities needed (except a fridge). The room was cleaned and the towels were changed everyday. Next to the reception, complimentary tea/coffee, some sweets and sometimes apples were always available. In addition, after check-out, the stuff allowed us to store our bags in the luggage room for free.
Some of the stuff members were not that much friendly.

Lovely complimentary hot bevs downstairs. Saying that not on the cheap-and-cheerful basis. Many 3-4 euro coffees are actually worse. Really impressive cityview of modern Amsterdam Zuid, the good external soundproofing makes it mysterious.
The lack of (hazardous of course) kettle; relatively poor soundproofing internally. Despite a detailed wavier under the switch, the operation of room heating appliance remained a mystery too. A simple guide would do. Sealed windows, an option to open the window is not an option anymore.

Ive given the score of 10/10 as I simply could not fault this hotel for what it is and what I needed it for. The location is perfect, I was attending an event at the RAI which was a short walk or 1 metro stop. It is right next to a metro station (zuid) Only 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel, again a quick metro into the city centre from the hotel if you want, but I found there were plenty of nice little shops, eateries and restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and my room was as expected and was a comfortable stay. Very good value for money.
