Nice little spot that is off the main road so it's quiet. Plenty of free parking available and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small and a bit tight for two but we made out ok. They were clean and that's most important. We were just there for a quick overnight while traveling. Always appreciate a kettle and tea and coffee for the morning wake up. We'd stay again.

The room was small but it was ok. We didn't want for anything and it was close enough we were able to walk for a nice meal. Glad we did walk...lots of great local beers at the pub we went to.

Polite young man showed us to our room. As retired moteliers we used to enjoy interacting with our guests but there was no opportunity to chat to our hosts as the office was closed when we left at 8.45am. Maybe there was a language barrier, but a warm attitude is important in the hospitality industry.

The location was 2 mins walk from the centre. Easy access to restaurants. Parking was at the back and secure. Getting my key from the host was really straightforward and easy. It was clean and everything you would expect including a microwave and even a coffee plunger.

The room was tidy and everything was available, it was quite compact which is fair for the price. However, if you were travelling with suitcases etc I think space would be limited.

Our hosts were WONDERFUL! I can not thank them enough for the hospitality and care put into our visit. I put on a message accidentally that our sailing arrived in wellington at 2, when it got to 6, and they hadn't seen us, we received a call to make sure everything was going ok. I really appreciated it! The bed was super comfortable, and the shower pressure was incredible..... Definitely dont judge a book by its cover there! The room was well fernished without being over the top.

I liked that it was quiet, it had all the comforts of home. I could have my dog in with me. The owner of the place is a lovely guy who looks after the place well. Great value for money, comfortable and well stocked. The heat pump and electric blanket kept me very warm. Close to the shops, dog park and the beach. I enjoyed my stay 😊

I didn't like that there is no extractor fan in the bathroom for the shower steam. Showering at night makes the bathroom very wet and the floor slippery by morning.

I didn't like the layout of the bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated (toilet has its own "room") but in order to go to the toilet, you have to go through the shower "room" first. Secondly, the shower knob is confusing. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to change the water temperature.

Basic amenities, but I was very happy with how clean the unit was. The chap who welcomed me was very pleasant and helpful. The foreign woman behind the desk at check in - literally ignored me and was very gruff! She was the only blot on an otherwise nice stay.

Did not like the stairs. I'm sick & tired wondering if there stairs or not as nothing is put on facilities to indicate if there is stairs or not. Some businesses advise this but not many. So I message to find out stairs or not. Not good enough Booking.com. For older people or people who can't climb it an essential item to add. Property was clean & comfortable.

My friend and me stayed in the one bedroom flat for two nights. Clean, with all necessary facilities including a full kitchen and big refrigerator. Also, there are four beds in this place, so it is suitable for up to five people group/family. Very good for money we paid, I would recommend the place to staying

As we booked the flat for two people, there were only two-tree plates, mugs and etc. But I believe this won't be a problem to provide a kitchenware for a bigger group

It was a wonderful motel for a night's stay, where we really only used it to sleep in. We went out to dinner with friends who live in Levin, and went out for breakfast. What delighted us was the cleanliness of it and how everything was placed really well. We did run out of toilet paper cos there wasn't a new one in there, but that was all. I'd stay again of a night's sleep was all I needed.

parking was slightly difficult because of the black car by the clothesline, but that didn't really matter.
