Location is perfect when staying the night while travelling. Noise of the main road is there but didn’t keep us awake. Big room with high ceiling and kitchen facility which we didn’t use. Good bed and excellent shower. It’s nice to stay in a pretty new modern place as there are too many old places who charge (modern) prices which doesn’t reflect what you are getting. Lots of parking! Easy check in & out without personal contact.

The room (we had a disability room) smelled & felt a bit damp. We think it’s because the bathroom shower curtain didn’t cover properly so the whole bathroom floor was wet with nothing to clean it up than used towels. All good otherwise!

I absolutely love my stays at Zachary's beautiful rooms amazing staff and owner great for family's been a regular customer for the last couple years and will always be my 1st choice for accommodation definitely second to none.

Don’t see a staff member or speak to anyone. Check in by txt, key in the room. Check out by drop box. Room itself very clean. Great communication about process. Felt easy to make contact should I have needed something.

Spa wouldn’t drain. The things that came out of the drain would give you nightmares. Was glad I had opted to rinse the tub first before using. Upon discovering issues and contents, opted not to use spa. Perhaps some more frequent deep cleaning required because your guests are clearly gross sometimes.

I liked that it was clean , Fresh , The Spa Bath Was Very Very Clean Lol Probably The Tidiest Spa I’ve seen and hopped in. My newborn was very well alert of the area she felt comfortable so did me and her dad. It was very cosy for us. We loved the sleep🙂 even though this mama didn’t get out the spa till late lol😝 , the cooking facility was very clean. The shower was nice.👍 Would Definitely recommend me and my family to stay again on our way back down south🙌🙌

Rooms, shower and toilet were immaculate. I understand this is a new Hotel but the condition of the rooms was perfect. Cleaned daily, bed and pillows were very comfy, black out curtains and little noise considering the site is next door to the main road. Close to takeaways and local shops. I also love the lockbox system so I don’t have to stress about getting to the hotel during daylight hours.

Parking was good but the parks got taken early but there was an overflow car park which also catered to bigger vehicles.

1. Parking directly outside unit entrance. 2. Kitchenette. 3. Spa Bath. 4. Bathroom/shower. 5. Smart TV. 6. Helpful cleaning staff. 7. Thoughtful management offering extra separate bed. 8. Being on the main street, close to all amenities, laundromat, Countdown and all franchise takeaways. It ticked all the boxes for my special needs sons care and entertainment while supporting his little brother at the Hurricanes UI6 Tournament.

I could have done with an oven, made do with the microwaves features.

It is the second time we have stayed at Zachary's, we will definitely stay there again, the room is clean and comfortable and the location is perfect, we also love that it is contactless when checking in and out of our room. We cannot fault it, it's great value for the money, definitely our favorite motel to stay in when we visit Levin 😊 can't wait for our next visit 😊

The only suggestion I can think of would be to number the car parks out side the rooms, to save confusion as to which car park is yours, just a minor thing considering everything else is exceptional.

This motel was very nice I am looking forward to staying there again. My room was perfect and clean. The staff there were so friendly.

I didn't like that there was no room assigned parking when I arrived back late I had no parking. And luckily for me my mother just lived around the corner so I was able to leave my car there. I found that there wasn't much information about the motel/Room anywhere so that was a lil bit annoying,would also have wanted to interact with the owners. But overall I do recommend staying here.

it was very clean and close to town. You could walk into town if wanted too. The family room was huge. So enough space for everyone.

I just found that the lighting in the apartment was a bit poor and wasn’t really able to open up the blinds due to thinking people may have been able to see into the apartment. Our windows were facing the main road. Even though the windows were tinted. wished their were 2 bathroom to accommodate the large family room.
