Quite a central location with approx 10 mins walk to the centre of town, comfortable bed and nice spa bath as well, has all the functions required with a small kitchen which i didn't use. Has carparks which i didn't use either and the room was adequately large.

I had requested to be in a quiet corner which they kindly accommodated with no neighbours on either side but the unit towards the back was next to the bowling club with pounding loud music or it could be from the neighbourhood club round the back which went on past midnight so something to lookout for but unavoidable.

It was within walking distance of where I was having my course which is why we booked but it was also within walking distance of many other amenities. My room was serviced every day which, while not expected, was really lovely. The place was clean and very comfortable. Nice and quiet.

The security latch on my bathroom window was broken. I came home on the first day and the window had been opened, I am assuming by housekeeping, but it did mean that it wasn't secure. It also meant that I was unable to leave the window open to air out the bathroom after my shower.

Lovely and large space which was ideal for a family. It was really nice having an outdoor area and having two separate toilets plus the bathroom with shower/spa bath was amazing. Having a castle theme on the exterior was really fun for the kids. I would absolutely stay again (in Autumn or Spring, unless aircon is installed upstairs as well).

A bit dated but reasonable condition, it would benefit from an update. We stayed in mid-summer and there was a definite lack of cooling available upstairs - we found some fans but they weren't at all sufficient and the unit would really benefit from a heatpump (with aircon) upstairs, in addition to the one downstairs. The upstairs toilet also had no soap dispenser installed which needs to be rectified. The outdoor area would benefit from some fencing between units - with small children in our family this was a little problematic.

This is my 3rd time staying here, and I will always return. Perfect little place that's always clean and quiet. In the morning, there were lots of smiles and chats with the housekeeping ladies who always made sure we had plenty of what we needed. The beds were amazing and soft. Best night sleep I've had in months. My partner and I had heaps of room. We had lots of blankets for comfort and choice. We had a lovely kitchen and dining table and a seating area. The rooms always provide plenty of storage for those long stays, too.

The bathroom did not have any handle bars to pull yourself out of the bath that was very low and oddly shaped. The toilet was very low, like a child's toilet size, and because of it being so low, there were no handles to pull yourself up. I do know that some rooms have these bars as I have visited before.

The motel was in a good location, only a short walk to the main centre where there were many facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. It was close enough but far enough away. The bathroom facility was awesome, spacious, plenty of hot water.

There was no air conditioning in the room itself, only a stand-up fan, so in the middle of summer it was quite hot. We left the fan on all night to help with air-flow. Our room backed on to a music place, so on a Saturday night there was noise from this place.

Was looked after by Wendy and she was AMAZING!!! Nothing was an issue and she was kind enough to put the heating on for me to warm up the room before I arrived. The room was comfortable a beds were comfortable. The Supermarket is just around the corner (walking distance) and close to shops/ restaurants. The spa bath was great too!

Not much as everything was great - but perhaps the bathroom could do with some updating (mainly the loo).

Great location - the walk to Pak'n'Save or Burger King was only couple of minutes away, and the city centre was an easy stroll. Being located off the main street meant that there was less traffic noise, too. The unit was very clean and tidy. Thank you to the owners for a nice overnight stay.

The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, which was odd, but perhaps it was too sensitive to people's cooking?

It’s was really close to town and it had everything we need it.

The kitchen doesn’t have a kitchen extractor, so when you cook the smoke detectors might turn on. We wanted to cook some steaks and with a tiny bit of smoke the detector went on. With a extractor that could have been 100% avoidable, it was a stressful and made the process of cooking difficult.

The location was very convenient for Palmerston CBD and the Plaza Shopping Centre. The proprietor at the motel moved us to a quieter room, as there was a large sporting group taking over manyof the motel units. This was also a refurbished unit which was very clean & tidy. The bathroom was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing.Everything was well organised & there wasn't anything I didn't like.
