The hotel is beautiful. We walked the grounds, the gardens were well maintained and I love the period look. The staff were lovely and the room was super clean. Free parking was also a nice suprise.

The rooms are quite dated. But I saw that there is going to be renovations which is well overdue. The spa pool was out of order and the pool is not heated so that was dissapointing.

the room once I was swapped over from another room was comfortable but tired and a little dark. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the young lady that brought up my room service was cheerful and helpful.

The first room I was booked into was not made up by house keeping and real shock walking into the room to a total mess. Reception was able to find another room. Also, I paid for 2 breakfasts not one and staff did not offer a refund on the over payment.

This hotel is located on the main road with easy onsite parking options. The rooms are indeed spacious, good wifi, conference room and conference facilities are excellent. Staff are wonderful and very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms although spacious are dated and in need of modernising. Carpet in areas in the corridor is worn and needs replacing. The rooms towards the road are very noisy with the traffic noise.

Wonderful staff very warming and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was well worth the $30 with a lovely selection of cereals, breads, fruit, cooked food and drinks, even pancakes. Bed were comfy. Room was tidy and bedroom had everwe needed. TV was easy to operate. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. Will definitely stay again when in Palmerton North.

That bar and restaurant were closed during my one night thrre.

Excellent hotel, spacious room, lots of facilities Food was excellent, the service impeccable Excellent underground car park with lift access to all floors. Great conference facilities and a pool on site as well as very pleasant grounds to walk in

No activities around the hotel and a long walk into town. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment which is planned for 2025 so most of the furniture and carpets looked very worn and tired The hotel has new owners so we wait to see how it turns out

Close to town,friendly helpful staff, quite , clean with excellent facilities, bar and restaurant have excellent prices and great food, nice outdoors area and spa...the on-site parking was great ,safe and secure would definitely recommend, we also enjoyed the stevia sweetener in room especially good for people with dietary restrictions nice touch !!! Comfy big work bench whoops bed I mean, enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices of tasty food. Room was nice, and spacious with a view of the street. Location was excellent as the hotel was close to shops, and entertainment venues, and eateries. We had free parking which we always look for at a hotel. Service was good.

The bed was very hard. We bought a topper pad as it was too hard to sleep comfortably on this bed.

They came to put in fresh linen but I had just got out of the shower - they said they would come back but they never did so we had no fresh towels during our stay. The rooms are looking old and tired and the carpet by the front door was badly stained - disappointing considering what the charge was per day

Spacious suite with a bath as requested. It was on the third floor which made it quieter than the lower floors. There was a lift as well as internal stairs. The location was very good as it was walking distance to the town centre. The restaurant at the hotel provided a nice dinner and breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again quite happily.

The bath tub was good for baby the staff were awesome and we loved the relaxed quiet atmosphere we'll definitely come back for that escape the husband's retreat.

The shower pressure was wonderful the water all over the floor wasn't we want to reuse our towels but sorry we couldn't be green friendly.
