Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Good parking. Very clean. Proximity to the town centre was great & an easy walk. The hot tub in the room was great. Kitchen facilities had all you could need. Beds were comfy.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Could not find the switch for the Hot tub until I got out and we read the manual 😆, but it is quite a way from the tub and we couldn't find it, even though we looked. Also didn't realise when i booked it, that it had stairs and my friend had a knee injury so wouldnt have booked this room if I'd known.

We loved unit 14 and will request it again. The room was clean and it was handy to the mall. The bed was extremely comfortable and an excellent size.

Boy racers doing wheelies outside, sirens, some sort of very loud alarms went off around about 2.30 am for around half an hour very close, possibly motel next door. Nothing you can do about any of this.

Owner/Receptionist is so lovely and helpful, stayed for one night and only used the bed and bathroom even though we had booked the spa bath room. It was a good night's rest as we travelled up for the evening. Everytime we visit we stay at different locations and this was the first place we stayed at the first time we travelled here and this is the second :) The room was toasty and warm when we arrived. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. The staff were so lovely. They were great in the way they allowed us to have an earlier check in as well. I would definitely recommend to other people to stay there.

I wasn’t aware there were so many steps up to the studio. Only a problem as I’m waiting for a knee replacement so this was difficult for me but I should have thought to have mentioned it. The receptionist noticed I had a crutch and expressed her concern but I assured her I would be fine.

Location was great, rooms nicely set out with plenty of room.

These are comments not for public display as it is in no way a critical review purely a recommendation. The mattress is due for replacement - had to sleep in the spare room on the single. TV too small should think of larger option when due for replacement.

There was a issue with a large cultural group that arrived on 2nd night and ignored all rules and were very loud and disrespectful to all others staying at the property..This group created issues into the late AM when handing our keys in the next morning over heard staff trying to address the issue with the Team leader of the offending group..Staff apologized to me they had tried to sort but got know where with group Felt sorry for reception Staff

A friendly welcome. Our unit was beautifully prepared and had everything we needed. The teapot was a nice touch and a nice surprise, beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding if needed. The bathroom was impressive. The motel is so central to everything. Near the plaza and the square, eateries nearby (Burger King is across the road, and there is a long-established Thai restaurant and pub the other side of the road) and if you need public transport there's a bus stop close by.

Good location with easy parking

The location means there is a lot of traffic noise, especially from boy racer type cars doing circuits. Although the room faces away from the road, there is a kitchen window facing the street which is only single glazed, and at times seemed to almost shake with the noise.

Everything went very well, and I so much appreciate the friendliness and we even got upgraded to a better room! So grateful for that. 😊.

The only thing I would like is a duvet over my bed please. That’ll be helpful. And I guess next time we will for sure choose an upstairs room as far as possible since the people above us, makes a lot of noise.

Spa suites were a fabulous size. Location is great being in walking distance to just about everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and slept well - was surprised at the lack of road noise for a Friday evening.

Could use a lick of paint in the rooms. Beds were in casters so moved around (couldn’t sit in bed with back against the wall as it would toll away).
