Owners/Management were very accommodating of my requests which was greatly appreciated.
Spa bath had a little bit of fluff and dirt on the bottom but was easily rinsed off so not too much of an issue. The curtains/blinds don’t block out any daylight or vehicle lights at night time as they are protruding from the window which leaves a big gap.

We didn't have the breakfast but made our own, the facilities were great for having a basic meal.
The noisy guests next door...but they settled after a few nights.

My children and I absolutely enjoyed everything, from the layout to the wide variety of bedding, the hot tub, the pool, everything was so welcoming and we were able to relax, also very close to town

Lovely and clean place. Just walking distance to city centre. Very close to food places and Paknsave supermarket. The owner was very helpful in amending our booking as Booking.com didn't work. Each room has a queen bed and a single bed which could fit 3 people. The spa pool is a bonus and there's also an outdoor pool which is great for summer. We really enjoyed our stay and will go there again. Thank you for your service

Quiet and relaxing
We enjoyed everything till we had a spa and turned jets on and power went out when we turned it back on the water was full of stuff from inside the jets grime or mould but jets needed to be cleaned inside

from the photos we knew it was an older type of accommodation. Good for a family apartment as advertised, comfy beds and good pillows.

The hotel is in the heart of the city which was good
TV had no chrome cast option. Ventilation system need to be looked at as all windows had condensation.
