Our two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of three, my Husband and I and our teenage Son. It was well-suited and clean. We came to do Xmas shopping and it was all about the location for us with the Plaza being a stone's throw away across the road. We will most definitely stay there again.

bath room was excellent with amazing water pressure . did not use spa as we didn't have time.We have used this property before and we knew it would be great location and very nice place to stay .

Spa was a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Could tilt the TV and watch from the spa. Good location very close to supermarket and good pub.

Lovely, clean and fresh room. We stayed room with a spa. Had an element if you wanted to cook your own brekky. We splashed out on a cooked brekky that was bought up to us. That was delish, worth the $23. The Mall is just across the road and because we were there for basketball the event centre is just a 7 minute drive. Hosts are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived at 10pm and sent us a code for keys.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel! The room was enormous and featured a massive spa right in the bedroom, which was a luxurious touch. It was within walking distance to all amenities, making it very convenient. The owners were amazing, incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend!

I received a friendly greeting on check-in. The room was spacious and extremely tidy. The bed was comfortable. The bath towels large and new. The breakfast was delivered exactly the time I requested and was hot and delicious.

That the earliest breakfast delivery time is 7:30 am. Business travellers often need an earlier start and don't want to settle for the dusty Continental Breakfast.

How lovely and tidy everything was and how toiletries were put out nicely and felt so fancy. The spa was a plus and having the tv moveable to watch while having a spa was great. The kitchen had everything you’d need. I loved the super lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be back in future.

The bed was uncomfortable I think possibly because of the electric blanket? But I do have a disc bulge injury so could just be me.

Having the spa of our first room not work we were immediately moved to a new room. Loved the whole experience from checking in quick a easy to being rung we had left something behind( my wife's sipper cup) highly recommend and we will be back

The room was spacious and quiet. We were close to the road, but had no traffic noise. The spa bath was lovely to use. I love that the motel is within walking distance to the town centre. We were touched that the 2 ladies who serviced our room left a nice card and lollies! The manager was friendly and sorted our TV out within a few minutes.

Beautiful room, so clean and so much space. Excellent location across from the Plaza. Highlight was the room upstairs with the huge spa bath and the bed was massive. Heatpump upstairs and a heater downstairs, TV's in both areas, shower pressure phenomenal and enough hot water to fill the spa and have a shower. Hosts had exceptional communication with us. Great care is taken to ensure visitors are well looked after. Complimentary earplugs to help combat road noise. Will be choosing this motel every time we come to Palmerston North
