The staff were amazing. Such a friendly greeting on arrival, she was amazing with my children and even gave them a little chocolate. Rooms were incredibly clean and we found the beds and pillows to be comfortable. Located on one of the main streets and was walking distance to eateries, cinemas and arcades.

Incredibly convenient location in the CBD but far enough off the street that it was quiet at night. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways a short flat walk away. The heater did a good job, there's also a ceiling fan.

It's an older place and a bit basic but I don't have any specific criticisms. Bathroom a little cramped.

Location of this property was the highlight!! Everything within minutes even seconds of walking distance, a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Receptionist was awesome and even checked to see if we knew where everything was as she was about to give us some locations. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for the type of stay we planned. The price was also a bonus, very affordable. Couldn not fault the place, even though it was in the city centre it still had a nice quiet feel to the place. We are definitely booking with them again.

The location with free parking was the reason we originally chose to stay here. The xtra large king bed was a huge bonus. Very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent and the woman at the desk giving us a quiet unit away from the road was thoughtful 10/10

Super clean room with a small kitchen area with two burners, a microwave, and a mini fridge. One queen bed and a twin. Great location near downtown Palmy less than 5 minute walk to the main square.

I had to book last minute so it was more than I normally spend a night. However, it was worth it to stay in a clean safe space and have easy access to downtown transportation.

Location, was great central to everything we required. Friendly host. Bed was comfortable Unit had everything we needed. Continental breakfast had good selection. Will be going back to stay again.

Big space for family of 5. Had sky tv which was great for the kids. On the main road and close to a lot of eateries.

Beds not as comfortable but overall great stay.

Central and good parking. Once there in easy walking distance to everywhere. Clean and comfortable

Noisy overnight with sirens and traffic noise. To be expected in the central city. Nothing the hotel can do to mitigate this

Location is perfect and staff were really nice, room just the right size for 2 of us, not a bad thing to say of what the motel was in control of they were amazing both times we've stayed

Only the people upstairs late at night making a hell of a noise running around and in and out of their room

Great service and a chocolate on arrival in the room. The best beds in room 2 and super sleep. Close to all the food areas on the street which is beyond the entrance with the rooms tucked away off the street.
