We needed somewhere to stay for the funeral of our elerly Mother. This was the ideal location. The whole complex appeared very clean & well maintained. We had taken 2 ground floor rooms with parking ourside the door. 1 was Single room layout with a separate toilet/shower room, the other also had a separate double bedroom BOTH were VERY clean & tidy, the linen was "Cripsy Clean" as somone described it. The beds were comfortable, & the rooms were quiet enough. We certainly didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms, or the ones above us. The kitchenette had everything you needed, FRESH Milk (YES!) was supplied, & even Plunger Coffee was provisioned. The place is older, but they appear to stay on top of maintenance, with a friendly staff member commenting that the bathrooms were getting due for their repaint. Would we stay there again? Without hesitation. Nothing is perfect, so I'll give Aspree Motor Inn 9/10.

Minor irrirtation - The Android TV refused to let us access Free-to-Air TV without demanding we sign in. I am not ignorant in the ways of IT & Android TVs, but this one had me beat. It was also VERY slow to respond to any remote input. As in press a button -& wait 2s. We gave up. I read my book, my wife watched something on her tablet. For a 1 night stay, it was a minor thing.

Clean room, a larger comfortable bed, away from the main road so little road noise. Easy walking distance to the Square, Woolworths & eating establishments, i.e. Subway, Pizza places, Cafes, fresh veg & fruit, organic foods.

TV usage instructions could be placed in the room, but there was nothing I was unhappy with.

Good location, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and had everything I needed. Swapped rooms with no issue as I preferred a studio rather than the upgraded suite I was given. Place seemed to be full but I never heard a thing, very quiet

Minor maintenance issues, toilet roll holder that had come off the wall, broken window latches. Please fix these little things as they let a wonderful place down

the owner didn`t charge as next paragraph below , there was a previous overcharge on the stay of 10th & 11th they agreed to the overcharge but were going to contact you booking .com so i did not pay for the 23rd & 24th April You have noted on my app ACTION REQUIRED please remove this as dispute all sorted now.. there were 3 charges for $140.40 ON THE 12th April 1 from booking .com 09 debit 2 from Aspree motor inn 10 debit , only one was refunded prior for the 12th by credit by Aspree due to confusion ???? between YOU BOTH !! Sort ya selves out.... However upon arrival on the 23rd the other over charge was resolved by Aspree

Fantastically clean, which is always a huge relief! The grounds in and around the property were tidy and in order. 2 adults and one child stayed, and I was grateful three towels (or each kind) were left for us in the bathroom - which is normally an oversight by other places of accommodation, and we have to ask for the extra, thank you! We arranged an after hours check in so the key was made available to us, the lady we spoke with kept it super simple and easy! Thank you very much we will be back again

Nothing bad to say about it

Great location. Spacious, clean well appointed apartment which served the needs well of three couples.

The only complaint we had was the lack of toilet paper in the two bathrooms. We had to ask for extra and at one point we were sharing one roll over two bathrooms as the office wasn't open to obtain more. We felt it should have been replenished each day.

Booking and check-in were easy. The room was fairly clean and well-equipped. There was even a coffee plunger (French press). The shower was great, and there was a light over the bathroom mirror, which is always a plus when you're travelling for an event and need to check your make-up etc. Friendly, helpful staff, and the wifi was good.

The room (studio) was a little small for three people, but for a short stay (we stayed one night and were out most of the time, except to sleep), it wasn't a problem. For a longer stay, it might feel a bit cramped, so I'd recommend getting a bigger room. Also, there were only two of each type of cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups in the room.

It was a last minute booking for me and in all honesty, I normally stay at the Quest. The reception was unattended when I arrived, but the receptionist was friendly who appeared to give me the keys. I decided on this venue from looking online when I arrived into Palmerston Nth. It was a well set out room and had all the amenities I required in a self contained unit. The bathroom was great and the unit was renovated nicely.

Not a anything bad just the shower plug was obviously clogged up as it started to fill when I used it. So thankful that the shower was lower then the barrier to prevent any spillage.

The lady at reception was polite but didn't have time to chat with guests. I loved the fleece blanket. A touch of warmth and home. Very clean. It was handy to have a supermarket close by.

It was annoying as you had to go down to the far lights everytime to turn around as there was no other way to get on the other side. I found it noisy. I asked about the broken glass in the car park. I was told about a car accident and she hadn't had time to clean it up.. The building didn't match the picture in the advertisement.

I had 11 ladies attending a Conference. I had 4 rooms with two in each room. that left three and Aspree solved the issue by providing an adjoining room so we could be together. Fabulous result. Plenty of parking. Lovely war, clean rooms and blissful sleep. Great location to everything we needed too! Ten out of Ten. My second time staying and I'm coming back in July to see a Musical with a mate. Can't wait.
